I would give this place no stars if I could first you need a receipt to get a refund now they want a receipt and food smh I didn't get my food last night till 9:45 pm by the time I get home they was closed and they told me I should have called who was I gonna talk to myself this place is horrible there chicken tenders is burnt the chicken sandwich is always hard sonic has really gone down hill and I would like to some one about this cause the woman I talked to did care one bit what I had to say so ......... Yes I would like to know who I can talk to about this besides someone in there that don't give two sh&@s what someone had to say

The best Sonic to eat at around Tylertown, MS. The food is made to your specifications, it's hot when you get the food, and fresh. The customer service is friendly and accurate. The ordering signs do need some repair, and not all work properly, but it will not stop us from going. Pick your favorite ordering spots and sit back to enjoy some delicious food.
Dietary restrictions: When ordering, you have the option to let them know what you don’t want on your burger.
Parking: Parking for handicap is accessible if you choose to eat at a table or you can choose to eat right from your own vehicle.

I'm happy to see the owner willing and ready to reply to reviews on his website. MY Reviews ARE usually about More than just the food. .. .. This was my 1st visit & on my ( 1st ) drive around was halfway full. The REASON I said: " 1st drive around " was BC initially I had planned to use a handicapped stall ( since I have a tag on my truck ) But When I pulled in I SAW the OUT Of Order sign posted. SO, I backed out & drove around to the other side & chose a stall next to a handicapped stall on the other side. So I think that makes two ( 2 ) handicapped stalls for the business. I later was told the stall with the sign has been NOT WORKING at LEAST a couple of weeks. ? my 2nd try at a stall WAS MET with Another Sign saying THIS stall was for APP PICKUP & DELIVERY ONLY. Uh ? Could it been posted elsewhere FOR customers to see BEFORE they pull in ? ? SO, I HAD to BACK OUT ( a 2nd time ) and make the drive back to the other side. ... In doing so, I noticed several cars pull in. .. .. I picked a 3rd location; parked and placed my order. To my surprise, my order came out in about 6 minutes. Ashley, my car hop WAS Very friendly and Helpful. Hopefully the handicapped stall will be fixed in the near future For MY 5☆ Star Review.

I ordered 4 teas and watched the server sit and talk with a "customer" for at least 15 minutes while other customers came in and ordered. My order placement was confirmed at 8:20 and I got my 4 teas, that is it just 4 teas, at 8:44 am. There were two other cars in the parking lot when we placed our order. The when our order was brought out she literally said nothing, nothing! No receipt was provided with our drinks. I literally watched her speak with every other car in the parking lot. The reason I guess you have to give at least one star is because she is a person and was breathing.
