Th cup or lid was damaged but I was served the signature shake anyway,,, I sat it in drink holder paid th.young lady and sat.for a second on phone went to take a taste,,, AND DAING TH LID OR CUP GAVE WAY AND WENT EVERYWHERE!!!!! I got it wiped up still 3/4 left thanks to quick hands took it home got glass in hand and right out th door of th truck and DAMN DAMN DAMN yea thanks for th okeydoke on th cup that SUCKED

My only complaint would be that they need to update their speakers. It was hard to understand what they were saying. The vehicle next to me was also having difficulty understanding the employee. The lady that brought my food out was super. She was so kind and outgoing. Give her a raise. 😊

Hands down one of the top Sonic locations near Tylertown, MS. Everything is prepared just the way you like it, arrives hot, and tastes fresh. The staff is welcoming and always attentive. Some of the ordering signs could use a little fixing, as not all of them function perfectly, yet that does not take away from the experience. Choose your preferred ordering spot, relax, and enjoy some truly tasty food.

Honestly half the time the screens are broken or the microphone and speaker you use to order are. Its horrid. when they are working and ive gone here when desperate about 80% of the time i get the runs. So their cleanliness is absolutely horrid. I only go here as a last resort when im out of food at home and the stores closed. Staffs friendly i guess. But i cant rate the service more than a 2 when i get foodborne illness 80% of the time.
Also they have a really bad wasp problem i cannot tell you how many wasps i see flying all around the place and every time you open your window to order or get your food you take the chance of one flying in.

My husband and I ordered 2 ultimate meat and cheese burritos there was more tortilla than anything! barely any meat or eggs and the iced coffee I ordered was watered down big time! We haven't been to this sonic in a while and I don't think we will be back!

My daughter went to get me something to eat and they some girl name kiay got my entire order wrong and just gave me anything. Didn't want to give my money back . Didn't want to change my order . I would give this place no stars if I could first you need a receipt to get a refund now they want a receipt and food smh I didn't get my food last night till 9:45 pm by the time I get home they was closed and they told me I should have called who was I gonna talk to myself this place is horrible there chicken tenders is burnt the chicken sandwich is always hard sonic has really gone down hill and I would like to some one about this cause the woman I talked to did care one bit what I had to say so ......... Yes I would like to know who I can talk to about this besides someone in there that don't give two sh&@s what someone had to say

The best Sonic to eat at around Tylertown, MS. The food is made to your specifications, it's hot when you get the food, and fresh. The customer service is friendly and accurate. The ordering signs do need some repair, and not all work properly, but it will not stop us from going. Pick your favorite ordering spots and sit back to enjoy some delicious food.
