I recently visited the Subway location in Tylertown, Mississippi, with my family, and I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had. Trinity and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Both greeted us with genuine smiles and took the time to ensure our orders were made exactly how we wanted. They offered helpful suggestions and made sure everything was fresh and perfect.
The restaurant was spotless, and you could tell that Trinity and John took pride in their work—not just in preparing the food, but in creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Our sandwiches were delicious, and the customer service truly made our visit memorable. It’s rare these days to find staff who are so attentive and caring, and I wanted to make sure their efforts did not go unnoticed.
Thank you, Trinity and John, for making our family meal so enjoyable! We will definitely be back and will recommend this Subway location to friends and family.

Went in to order a sam- witch .. B MT it wasn't right with no oil & vinegar and I even asked if she put it on.. I was paying and didn't pay attention to the last part of making it.. the two girls didn't want to be there.... that's for sure?? So if you go pay attention... Over then a little dry the Sandwich was good.. Don't forget the cookies they're great..

Went to Subway for a couple of foot long sandwiches. We couldn't get their APP to work so I went in to order. I had my list of what sandwiches I wanted and veggies and condiments. Girl took my order for each sandwich. I read off every veggie and condiment. I paid and left with my order. Got home and my husband's order was NOT what I told them. They fixed him a SPICY BMT not the regular BMT. No oil and vinegar on his sandwich...which made it VERY DRY! My sandwich had NO dressing....which made it VERY DRY. My sandwich was a chicken bacon ranch...MINUS THE RANCH!! Disappointing.

We stopped here last week after a visit to R&R Flea Market to grab a fast "late lunch."
My husband and I both got the All American Club sandwich. We told the young lady what we wanted on them, paid for them, and took them to go. Upon opening the sandwiches to eat them, we discovered a LOT of mayonaise to whete it was just s big blob!
This was pretty disgusting, especially since we both specifically asked for very lille mayonaise! I took off as much as I could but ended up throwing half the sandwich away.
This visit was an epic fail. All the mayo ruined a good sandwich!

Grandson always wants subway. Wanted curros. He nearly broke a tooth on it! I didn't believe him so I tried it. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted!! Hard as a rock! Will never buy another thing at tylertown subway again!

I usually do my orders thru the app but this time .,my husband went in! You can tell they really didn't want to be their., we got the All American Club.. I got it dressed(they left the bacon off ., I added Ranch and mayo plus oil..my sandwich was dry ..,very dry.More of they where cleaning..ready to go @8:30 p:m.. hopefully if I do return in the near future its better than tonight!

The little lady that fixed my salad clearly had an attitude barely put anything on my salad and was looking at me like it was my fault she had to work today I would never go here again as long as she is working there.

Team member was a short African american female, she was very short tempered and extremely rude,she threw my meat on the bread because I accidentally order and #3 instead of a 2, all she had to do was remove the bacon, and continue the sandwich, if my blood sugar wasn't extremely low I would have walked out.i was not allow to make it my own because she closed it up. If I wasn't feeling horrible I would have probably reacted differently. Probably why business is slow...
Do NOT go to this subway if you are white. The employees treat you very rudely & talk about you to other black customers. Again if you’re white do not go here.

On the date of May 26, 2023, at 9pm I had went to purchase some food and there were two people working an African American lady who greated me more customers were coming in the restaurant the young lady in the front asked for help the second worker looked at the front of the and stood over the other employee a few more customers came in the store and the second blond lady put gloves on and started to help I thought it was strange she started to help customers at the back of the line I told her I was next in line she told me this is how we work

Walked in, zero customers, I walk up and wait a few minutes, never acknowledged. They are finishing up what I guess are a few mobile orders, so I'm thinking they will get to me. However she continues to grab more bread and keep making more sandwiches. Never once saying a word to me. If you want to serve in-person customers at least acknowledge them. If you don't, lock the door.

Don’t get me wrong I love Subway, but the Tylertown store location is a joke. They are always out of ingredients, their Tuna is NEVER fresh, they veggies are wilted and discolored half the time, there is never enough employees and some of them are rude and unprofessional. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to an hour and get a decent sandwich.
