Chick-fil-A

I have gone here 7 times and not a single time has it been a good experience at all.
It is clear the demand for this establishment FAR EXCEEDS its capacity and the service quality suffers greatly as a result.
The first time I came I ordered a market salad with no cheese. I was told that the salads come pre-made and that they weren’t able to take the cheese out.
The next six times I ordered the same thing: 12 grilled chicken nuggets. It seems quite simple to handle. However, twice the orders were processed but I didn’t get my chicken as the griller wasn’t working. Twice I ordered them and only got 8 nuggets. Once, all I asked for was more salt, to which they replied that they were somehow out of salt.
Much worse than the orders messing up, however, is the WAIT. EVERY time I ordered ANYTHING, I had to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes, sometimes reaching over an HOUR. For TWELVE NUGGETS! There has not been a single time when the actual wait time HASN’T exceeded the ETA by at least 2x. On top of that, WITHOUT FAIL, the order gets marked as ready when it is NOWHERE NEAR READY! Multiple times have I had to wait over 30 MINUTES after it was marked as ready.
I genuinely really like Chick-fil-A’s food, and was desperate to give this restaurant a chance, as it is SO convenient to reach on campus, but it was all in vain. This is an absolute travesty of a Chick-fil-A and you should save your time and money for literally anywhere else on campus or one of the Chick-fil-A establishments around town that actually care.

Insanely slow service

Omitted the meat in my sandwich. Sending the 'your order is ready' text message without actually completing the order. Wait is often too long during the semester. Not recommended at all.

We ordered two meals, but they messed up the order and didn't provide the fries. And for some reason, we got two no-pickles sandwiches (so I guess somebody else was also disappointed).

My food was cold as I requested for it fresh . I was told “it was going to be made fresh regardless “. They had plenty chicken sandwiches pre made already sitting out under the heater so that’s why I specifically asked for it fresh & i said I don’t want nothing sitting out “. So as I receive my food it was COLD. As I expected . I then returned it & ask for it fresh once again . As I’m waiting I can hear the employees gossiping about my request . As I’m waiting for my food a lady from the kitchen comes to the table & says what’s the problem . Rudely . She had a manager shirt on so I assume she was just trying to see what the problem was . But instead she insist to tell me she made my food & it actually was fresh so as I’m tellling her my chicken was cold my cheese wasn’t even melted on my chicken sandwich my fries where definitely sitting out , I then told her I am as well a cook & I know what fresh food taste , feel , & look like . She then continues to go back with me which made me uncomfortable because why would I lie about my food being cold ? On top of that I’m already on a rush home going back to Indiana a TEN HOUR DRIVE . As you can only imagine how frustrated I was I’m so disappointed with the costumer service & Management ! I just feel as If you don’t like your job find another one . They all sat in a circle like a bunch of haters & Mugged me . While I ask where the bathroom was I was ignored until one of the manager finally told me as I left they laughed nd stared at me the whole time until I walked out the entire building . !

So gas call it gasaloni and cheese. Never had a sandwich so gas in the past. Come here and eat with your fam, dear, or queer :) #very accepting

Staff are all very kind.

I eat here more than I would care to admit. The service is always fast and the staff are friendly. When you can't decide on what to eat it's always a good fallback.

Terrible customer service . When you ask them questions their response is i don’t know . They have really bad attitude they will hand you your food and walk away. You will have to stand there and wait until they acknowledge you again to get condiments.
