I waited over 45 minutes in the to go line with no contact after I had been asked to pull around and wait multiple times. It was ridiculous. There's 5 people stuck behind me for no reason. I will never eat or waste my time here again. The food isn't even worth it & it's overpriced hospital food. Terrible experience. Terrible cold restaurant with terrible food and terrible service. Shouldn't have moved it because they lost the only redeeming quality about the restaurant.

McAlister's food is always decent. This location has had some issues with my orders the last 3 times I placed an online pickup order. Good food...just check your order before you pull away.

Came for my son’s orientation for Ole Miss and decided to do lunch. The sandwich (King Club) was well constructed and delicious. The tea was what I’ve come to expect from McAlister’s and the lady taking my order was polite even when the line was really long. I highly recommend this location for college students, staff, and visitors in the area. I will be ordering again when coming to visit my son.

Went to go eat on Sunday 03/28/2021. As soon as we walked in we saw people standing around and was told by the staff we have to wait 45 minutes! As we left a person next to us said this is ridiculous I have been waiting over an hour. With about 6 people working in the kitchen. We had to go to another sandwich shop. On 03/29/2021 my wife and daughter went back for lunch and had to again wait over an hour for food. These are sandwiches and soups they make. We will not go back this is horrible service. Management needs to step it up. Plenty of other sandwich shops that don’t take over an hour to make a sandwich!
