Fantastic find! The burgers were delicious, service as friendly as could possibly be, and the atmosphere is authentic. Great little place.

Old store….nice people, cold beer and good food. Egg rolls are awesome and burgers are great. It’s an old store, so the atmosphere is an “old store”. People there are nice and they have music on the weekends.

If you're driving down the Trace, this is a MUST stop. Burgers are great, beer is cold, Frank and company are fantastic. And if you're feeling like it, pick up a guitar or banjo and sing a song.

This was such a great find. Totally unexpected. If you don't stop you will regret it. Go in have a bite, grab a ?, Find Frank aka the owner and sit a spell. If Jo Jo is there you can get a history lesson. If you're lucky someone might just start singing.

We camped at the free NPS campground 6 miles south and saw a beer hall on Googlemaps. We decided to cycle over up the Natchez Parkway Trail and got here before sunset. We were met by a big bunch of bearded camouflaged gentleman who couldn't have been more welcoming to us if they tried. We loved it so much that a couple of regulars, JoJo and David insisted that they made sure we got home safely and invited us along to the charity Chilli festival taking place in nearby Vicksburg, which was the direction we were heading anyway. We did and it was such a memorable day and they were so genuinely pleased to see us there. It was one of our most treasured personable experiences of our whole trip around North America. Anyway, it's not a craft brewery, bottled beers come from ice chillers and they are really good value as is the food, it's all the people there that makes this so special. There are loads of musical instruments you can pick up and play (or not play in my case) andvthey have musical evenings. There's a pool room out back with a great old juke box. We gave Frank, the amazing owner, a £5 note to put on the wall to start off their foreign note wall collection. They already have a book signed by many people across the globe. It's a must stop location along the Natchez Trail Parkway.
