Worst food I’ve had in a while. Fries were cold and limp. Fish was not crispy or seasoned well. The waitress was sweet and apologized. She said our food was rung up as a take out and sat on the shelf for 15 min. Instead of getting us new food, they put it on a plate and served it up. At least she was honest. I won’t be back.

9/30/2023Ordered for carry outAsked for ketchup on one fish plate and onions and tartar sauce on the other. Didn’t get ketchup or onions. And they put tarter on both plates and also charged me for extra tarter (.69).I asked teen if the utensils were in bag as we were going to eat while driving back to Jackson. She said yes. Got to van. No utensils. Went back in. Lady said that you have to ask for them. I told her that I did ask. She said that you have to ask when ordering…not before you leave restaurant. I also told her that my mom didn’t get her onions. The lady said what onions. I said the onions that come with it. Then she said that she can go and get me some if I still wanted them. I said it’s okay.I also ordered a large coleslaw as it’s usually good. I asked about it because I didn’t see a large bowl or cup. She said that it was in the little bitty cups (2). I just said Oh. The slaw was brown and did not taste good. Not sure if they changed recipes or if it was old or gotten hot.So, I rate the customer service a 2.

I got a pound of shrimp here on takeout a few weeks back. The shrimp tasted great and was cooked perfectly, and the peppered cocktail sauce was something different for me and quite frankly amazing. However, I paid 30 dollars for shrimp and was not given the butter I requested nor the corn, which was included in the meal description. I feel that if those things were unavailable that they could have at least told me. The shrimp truly was above standard, but I feel for 30 bucks plus my bare minimum tip. I shouldn't have to find something else to eat at home because I'm still hungry. I've gotten the same pound of shrimp plus potatoes, corn, sausage, and boiled eggs at other establishments for the same price. I feel they could've done better on my order. However, I have had killer boudain at their food truck when they go to Grenada, and I also hear they have great steaks. Don't knock it til you try it. I understand servers, waiters, waitresses, and owners all have off nights. I try to always support local. They are definitely worth a try aside from my disappointment.

Slow being seated. Took over 10 mins just to get our drink order taken. Food flavor was ok at best and came out cold. We kept having to stop other waitresses just to get refills. Food is over priced. Definitely not worth $150.00 before tip. 1st and last visit from me.

Great Buffet!! Loved the turnip greens, told the waitress and she said the reason why is “we put our feet in them”. ? The waitress was outstanding! I will be back.

Guys steakhouse is worth the stop. The cheese sticks were good, but I really enjoyed the queen ribeye. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The blackened catfish and hush puppies are also delicious.
Country Cooling Buffet. Or eat off the Menu. Very very good. Ribs Catfish Roast.This place is very cool. Good service. Fried Green Tomatoes are superior.

Simply I WOULD HAVE NOT GIVEN IT ANY stars DUE TO IT PREVENTING ME FROM POSTING MY REVIEW , I work in healthcare and we order large family packs from this establishment quite often spending 130-150 DOLLARS OR MORE within a month and to call down there and tell them that they forgot to place items in our bags that we paid for and to hear the OWNER Mr. Bobby SAY "Ain't nobody gone remember this s**** am I on mute" this was enough for me to never order again then he proceeded to get an attitude with me saying I can forget about the whole thing when I simply asked did you just say "Ain't nobody gone remember this s**** rude and entitled this exactly what this demonstrates to me and it also proves that you are not exactly happy about the people you serve in this rural area HORRIBLE SERVICE
