was told order would be ready in 25 mins, it took nearly an hour. When I finally did get our food, we were missing 4 items. Bacon CB was literally burned to a crisp and the inside of the bun was black. I didn't order anything charbroiled, but it sure was. Wont be back except to get my refund on the items I didn't get but paid for

Needed a refill on my drink waiter told me to take lot off then she grabs my cup around the top with her finger in it. Disgusting. Then when I ask for a new cup all together got charged for it.
