I paid 33.45 for two combo's, I showed proof on my banking app that the money had been taken out, and they claimed that they never recieved the order that I placed online. So basically I paid 33.45 for nothing. This has happened two other times at Subway and my coworker had the same thing happen to her. All at this specific restaurant. I would not eat at this place, or the same thing could happen to you. I'm not sure about everybody else, but I don't have that kind of money to be throwing around for nothing. There's absolutely no number for customer service, the person at the actual restaurant dismissed me, just like the last two times. The second time it happened I quit eating at Subway, but a little over a year passed and I figured I would give it a try. If this has happened to me several times and at least once to someone else that I know, then I would say that it's very likely it could happen to any of you too. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO TO JIMMY JOHNS OR FIREHOUSE SUBS

I bought a churro and thirty minutes later it was hard as a brick. I called to let them know the manager didn't care. He said you have to eat it when it's warm. That's not true.

They're never too busy and although they are not enthusiastic and act like they hate their jobs, they're surprisingly not rude. They just kinda make u feel like ur imposing on/interrupting them by wanting a sandwich...otherwise, I good with it
