The food was so good but the service sucks. We were not welcomed in, they sat on there phone while we stood ready to order. They were dressed in sweat pants and a hoodie that was dirty with there shoes off.

Tried calling the store multiple times to place a to go order and got a busy signal, so I walked in and asked if the phone was out of order and they said it somehow got unplugged ? not the same shakers as before for sure. The 2 workers just looked at each other and smiled. We have always supported this store, but no more.

It’s under new management it’s very disappointing they used to have great wings now they are dry and hard the salads are super small now. And no sauce at all on the pizzas. It’s not worth going to anymore

Ordered 2 pizzas, only 1 done on arrival, told it would be another 20 min. Took the one that was done. Pizza was Dried out and disgusting. Last time ever going to shakerz. Nasty redheaded local made our experience awful. She acted poorly educated and had horrible hygiene. My wife offered to buy her some food then she wouldn't leave us alone. . She told my wife her name was Aubry and she had kids to feed. She looked like she had learning disabilities. This is a good place, food was good but tif the locals are like that one then I don't recommend stopping period

I had the Wings and Philly sandwich and they were great !! I must also say that the service was friendly and fast!! The young lady working never stopped... she's a dang hard working employee. She was cleaning cooking and answering phones like nobody's business. I'm a truck driver and I parked next door walked over and would definitely come back.
