I have ordered numerous times from this place and every single time in the last three months they have gotten my order so wrong. i get the subway melt. ham, turkey, bacon. this time, they put roast beef on my sandwich, no turkey. no bacon. i am beyond tired of the employees and this place not listening nor knowing the menu. Subway, do better damnit. teach your employees the menu better. i’m tired of wasting $13 on a sandwich and then not even getting what i’m paying for. DO BETTER.

Always an employee at this place with a bad attitude that acts like they don't want to be there, and acts like it's a pain to wait on customers. It's a shame because their food is good, but I'd rather go elsewhere now.

Went thru the drive thru to pick up sub ordered online. They left it sitting, and me waiting, for over 15 minutes because they couldn't communicate to each other that it was done. I ended up beeping my horn to get their attention after 15 minutes. No apology, my sub would have been cold so I asked for a refund. NEVER got an apology or a refund even though I did an online complaint. Disappointing as I got good service previously when I went in.

The Subway is in a service station but it is always clean and well stocked. Bread always fresh & soft. It makes an awesome sandwich for dinner when you are hungry and running late.

Since new management has taken over and new employees are learning how to make a sandwich the service, assembly and checkout has suffered. And drive through is a waiting process. But when they get it right its all good.
