I have ordered numerous times from this place and every single time in the last three months they have gotten my order so wrong. i get the subway melt. ham, turkey, bacon. this time, they put roast beef on my sandwich, no turkey. no bacon. i am beyond tired of the employees and this place not listening nor knowing the menu. Subway, do better damnit. teach your employees the menu better. i’m tired of wasting $13 on a sandwich and then not even getting what i’m paying for. DO BETTER.

I ended up beeping my horn to get their attention after 15 minutes. No apology, my sub would have been cold so I asked for a refund. NEVER got an apology or a refund even though I did an online complaint. Disappointing as I got good service previously when I went in.

The Subway is in a service station but it is always clean and well stocked. Bread always fresh & soft. It makes an awesome sandwich for dinner when you are hungry and running late.
