This place is really sorry for their customers their foods is very horrible and nasty they act very lazy don’t care about the customers when and got 2 big bacon meal and two drinks and none of them was up to expect the tea was unsweet and the foods was cold and bun was hard I will not be going back this is the sorry place I been to to eat before I will give this company rates a zero bad businesses

I pulled through the drive-thru and ordered and I was supposed to have four plates so I pulled up to pay for everything I asked the the ladyafter I got through paying for everything to make sure I get all my order because they were pulling me upso I sat there with my niece waiting for my food and somebody brings it out and said yes it's all there there was only two plates but I ordered four plates so I go back to the drive-thru and told him I would like to speak to a manager I pull up and the lady was there to help me out and I saidma'am that I only got two plates when I was supposed to have four then she started arguing me telling me that she had all four plates in that bag and there was only two in the back so I showed him a receipt some young man came up and I was talking to him because she was already giving me attitude and calling me a a liarso the young man took my receipts and I was finally only missing one and it was my double breast dinner after he gave me my double thigh dinner it seems like every time we order there is something wrong with our order and we don't get it all if people there would take 10 seconds out to make sure that the order is all there then they wouldn't get so many complaints

I will recommend anyone to eat at Jax. They have the best service they are clean. They are very nice. They make sure you have the right order and they also treat you with love and kindness.
Ordered a bucket of chicken online for some unexpected guests. Check the order when I pick it up and everything seems fine. Got home the top layer was fresh but the rest was old and dry!!! I am sure it was the manger that made my order. Very disappointed!
I visited the restaurant today through the drive thru. I ordered the two chicken sliders and a strawberry cream cheese fried pie. All of it was not hot or warm. The sliders are awful looks nothing like the commercial on TV. This false advertising. The sliders are on a Hawaiian Roll with cheap lettuce and two pickles , slice of tomatoe , mayo , one small chicken tender . This should only cost 1.50 at the most definitely not 2.99 .First time trying them and my last. Dissatisfied with All the service.

Love jacks chicken ? their hamburgers are good too prices are fair
They just served me a raw biscuit. Literally squishy dough would not recommend eating here. Apparently the employees don't even know how to cook a biscuit or tator tots they are also not cooked. It's like they just threw what they could in a bag.
