This place is really sorry for their customers their foods is very horrible and nasty they act very lazy don’t care about the customers when and got 2 big bacon meal and two drinks and none of them was up to expect the tea was unsweet and the foods was cold and bun was hard I will not be going back this is the sorry place I been to to eat before I will give this company rates a zero bad businesses

I pulled through the drive-thru and ordered and I was supposed to have four plates so I pulled up to pay for everything I asked the the ladyafter I got through paying for everything to make sure I get all my order because they were pulling me upso I sat there with my niece waiting for my food and somebody brings it out and said yes it's all there there was only two plates but I ordered four plates so I go back to the drive-thru and told him I would like to speak to a manager I pull up and the lady was there to help me out and I saidma'am that I only got two plates when I was supposed to have four then she started arguing me telling me that she had all four plates in that bag and there was only two in the back so I showed him a receipt some young man came up and I was talking to him because she was already giving me attitude and calling me a a liarso the young man took my receipts and I was finally only missing one and it was my double breast dinner after he gave me my double thigh dinner it seems like every time we order there is something wrong with our order and we don't get it all if people there would take 10 seconds out to make sure that the order is all there then they wouldn't get so many complaints

Wow that was bad all around. Large fry was barely half full with no salt, drink was all ice with little soda, blue hair person was rude, ignored a question, blonde person disappeared after taking my money, blue hair then shoved the bag out the window and walked off after I said thank you, straw was cheap and broke. That Sonic across the street will get my business from now on.
They was very friendly, I would highly recommend to my friends a family. This is the best jacks around us. We love going here bc they treat us just like family.
