I will recommend anyone to eat at Jax. They have the best service they are clean. They are very nice. They make sure you have the right order and they also treat you with love and kindness.
Ordered a bucket of chicken online for some unexpected guests. Check the order when I pick it up and everything seems fine. Got home the top layer was fresh but the rest was old and dry!!! I am sure it was the manger that made my order. Very disappointed!

I visited the restaurant today through the drive thru. I ordered the two chicken sliders and a strawberry cream cheese fried pie. All of it was not hot or warm. The sliders are awful looks nothing like the commercial on TV. This false advertising. The sliders are on a Hawaiian Roll with cheap lettuce and two pickles , slice of tomatoe , mayo , one small chicken tender . This should only cost 1.50 at the most definitely not 2.99 .First time trying them and my last. Dissatisfied with All the service.

Love jacks chicken ? their hamburgers are good too prices are fair
They just served me a raw biscuit. Literally squishy dough would not recommend eating here. Apparently the employees don't even know how to cook a biscuit or tator tots they are also not cooked. It's like they just threw what they could in a bag.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff , very clean . I was not a fan of the scrambled eggs but that's my preference and has nothing to do with how they cooked.
Visited again this afternoon but went decided to use drive through. The young lady's tone seemed to imply that she was getting impatient with us placing our order. When we got to the window, the Young man handed us our bag and quickly shut the window and turned away from us. He never greeted us nor thanked us for our business. Very rude customer service this time.
