Service, food and atmosphere is y’all outstanding, but the food I received this morning was horrible. Tator tots hard and old. Sausage breakfast sandwich old as well food was definitely not fresh and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. 0/10 today!

Their employees in the morning are never there they are disrespectful and at night they are always out of chicken. If they aren’t going to be open when they say they are then why don’t you just change the hours. They always have an excuse for something like this morning they said they were short handed but there was five people inside I guess they were just standing around being lazy. Get with the program people do your job or just close.

I went through the drive-thru with my husband. The girl taking my order repeatedly got it wrong. Once I drove around to the window the boy at the window read it back to me at my request and, of course, it was incorrect. They called a manager over and I explained to him what I wanted and he couldn’t figure it out. I showed them the coupon- a free sausage, egg & cheese biscuit with the purchase of a regular hash brown and a regular drink- and explained I wanted that, plus one sausage biscuit and one regular drink. I don’t feel like that should be hard to understand. I thought they finally had it right, I paid…got my receipt and my order and it was STILL WRONG! The manager finally asked me to pull forward and said he would fix it. He came out a few minutes later and told me he had refunded the $ for the entire purchase. The only reason I gave 2 stars for service was because he refunded my $. I’ve never had such trouble getting someone to understand my order. The coupon was very clear and I only ordered two additional items. It was a very frustrating experience- I was shaking by the time I left. Thankfully, the food was good.

The service at the drive thru is awful. Twice in 1 week I was told it would be 20 minutes for chicken plus I've waited 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. With only a handful of places to eat here, it's very disappointing. Probably should just shut the doors.

I know it the times, but damn! Every time I do an online order it’s wrong. And when I go back to get it corrected I get treated like it’s my fault and talked down to. One good thing about it, you don’t have to worry about making an employee mad for too long, come back two weeks later and it’s completely different people. I’m actually thinking of trying again tonight since it’s been better than a month since I’ve been there. Updated my review! 12-10- 23 5:30 pm! Ordered, food was ready when we got there 20 minutes later. Order was correct, employees extremely professional. Good job

I've ordered several times using the app and it gives u the time your order will be ready and when you get there you have to sit and wait 20-30 minutes for your order then when u get home you're missing items and the workers get an attitude with you because you complain I spend my hard earned money and it's never under $30 the night shift is ridiculous what's the point of ordering on the app if you're still going to have to sit and wait it's very inconvenient the girl at the window said it was a 3 minute wait I watched her serve 7 cars and after 20 minutes I pulled back up to the window to ask what's the wait

Poorly services, and poor customer service. They are very impatient with customers and they were very rude and disrespectful I think they need to have better employees working at the one in water valley, the employees are disrespectful towards there supervisor and wouldn’t listen, they mess up on customers orders, they think they are always right when the customer has there receipt, I will never go back there

Was just threatened by two members of the kitchen staff, and management called the police on me—all because I civilly requested a refund for an order I’d waited 20 minutes on. When they did finally refund me, it was FOR THE WRONG ORDER. I was never given a refund and asked to leave the premises. I’d love to hear from franchisee Jon Scott before my attorney hears from me. I’d be appalled to know my restaurant was treating customers this way. AVOID.
