My family and I went there earlier this month, and the food was cold. My husband ordered chili cheese coney, adding onions and jalapeno peppers both times we ordered food from here. When we received the coney, it was without both; both times we ordered. My son ordered tater tots, and they came out cold and hard as a rock. I ordered a BLT with no onions, and there were onions piled on the burger. Needless to say, we will not be coming back here for dinner again every time we come something or all of our food is completely messed up.

I ordered online. Got there checked in waited 15 minutes. Watched 6 people get served. Had to ask when food would be ready they said it would be right out.. Wow the burgers were ice cold and tasted like they were from the day before.. I said easy on the ice. Route 44 nothing but ice. And all kids standing around talking doing very little work. Burger cold and asked for bbq and ketchup and always having to go back and get something never got everything right. Cheese was cold so u know burger wasn’t even warm and this sweet tea I got I dk where they got it from maybe out the sink
The service seems different recently. The food is hit or miss. I had hair in my onion rings and they were old plus my food was overcooked and just bad. Several stalls not working, not even the decency to block them off so people don't keep trying to use them. They do have a few good workers and a few that don't care but I don't plan on going for a while.

Almost no screens work at this sonic. I had to keep backing out and going to a different one. Then the screen i got, the touch screen wasn't working. They really need to get their stalls fixed.

Worst experience ever at a place I have been going to for over 40 years. 1st they tried to steal a 20 dollar tip, when asked about it, got nothing but attitude, yelled at and disrespected. She claimed to be the manager!! She claimed I yelled at her and I did after she yelled at me!! This happened today at the Water Valley MS SONIC!! Never again!! Will no longer support this place as long as this particular person is there!! She would not take my order afterwards which was ok. Spent my money somewhere else!!

They actually had not listened to my husband and they put that idk what it is but it's not real cool whip on top of whatever banana cream milkshake they have now (since they NO longer carry real bananas there anymore... I've driven to the grocery 7 or 8 times to buy bananas because they'd be out :-/ and I'd leave them the full bunch.. I would send my husband with one or two if he ever went without me just in case they were out LOL but all in all the food was decent that night except for having whatever it is they call for a whipped topping on my milkshake. I have a problem with milk I wouldn't say I'm lactose intolerant, but I would get sick every time I would drink a milkshake with that in it... It also depends on who the cook is when you go to how good the food is.. night just so happens that night they were already closing when he bought my milkshake so they cannot fix it... but generally if you call them with a problem they will fix it.
