Did a mobile order. Waited in drive thru for 10 min. Only one car at window. Ordered the Brisket sandwich. Hardly any meat, no fried onions, no BBQ, and a piece of sliced cheese. I tried to call in, but Noone would answer. Very upset especially for the price.

Sink wasn't working. Couldn't wash hands. Toilet wouldn't flush. That was concerning. Probably won't go back for those reasons

How many years the only reason I go to Arby’s is for their potato cakes. I liked my guest because usually they cook them fresh so they’ll be nice and hot when you get them. Not this time they were as cold as my mother-in-law. Oh well, all that ends well

I work less than 1 block from this Arby's and I have noticed a huge improvement in everything since yall hired the new night manager Gabriel Sauerwin, the store is clean, the service is fast and friendly, and the food is excellent. I stopped eating here for awhile, but now I will be a frequent customer again. All the staff are doing a fantastic job.

Great job on the sandwiches. They were enjoyed watching the sunset on the beach. Too bad none of the shakes or specialty drinks were available. Seems to be a pretty consistent factor with at least a couple different Arby's around dinner time. Otherwise, we appreciated the great sandwiches. Thanks.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place my business. It’s a let down time after time. Only place on the entire MS gulf coast that will make you wait for fries and a drink. An absolute disgrace to our community.

It is hard to review this Arby's. The food was good but the service was slow. The man who worked the drive thru window was awesome, and my food was fresh. He said management had cut staff and there were only 2 people working. He was running front counter and window and helping in the kitchen. Shame on management for treating your employees this way.

I ordered my food at 611 and it took over a hour to get it from the drive thru. I ask for a refund and was told they don't give refunds this is the worst experience I have ever had with fast food.

The cashier was talking because we are from Canada. But forgot our fries, almost forgot our drinks. We got back to the trailer and Garry's burger was awful. The pumpkin pies were not pumpkin I got a turkey ranch sandwich and bread was stale

Came to this Arby's in the past and it SUCKED but visited last night and I am in just um in shock. Logan the night manager is TEN star amazing. He made sure my food was fresh & beautifully cooked. The beef n cheddar LITERALLY melted in my mouth and the curly fries took me back to my childhood. The Jamocha shake made my panties drop LMAO, all in all it was the best fast food experience in Waveland and the gulf coast I have ever had and to think I doubted kids under 25 as managers and this young man just proved me wrong with his advance future type knowledge of fast food at his age. I would not be shocked if he was the very first store manager in history at his age because he SERIOUSLY needs to be running his own store because he is a valuable asset I would not wanna see gone when I come back to Waveland Arby's or I will NEVER return again because he definitely got that store on track from my last few experiences over the past 18 months

The WORST ARBYS IN HISTORY
I have been going to Arby's since the 1980's in the northern states monthly. That a lot of ARBYs
Yet here these ppl have been chaotic since opening.
You guys give ARBY'S a bad name.
Which I will tell corporate when I call them.
As far as I am concerned you should give me back our money for this food, the crappy attitudes bc someone wants to order during a shift change. My goodness how dare we...think your prepared to take an order. That was the attitude.
And this was the manager WOW!
Husband overheard through Drive thru speaker telling the employee so what he can go to window.
Would that have made a difference?
If noone I'd taking his order at speaker why would going to windows help?
