The staff is not professional. The order is wrong if you change anything (I’m allergic to onions). It’s hard to get someone to come to the counter when you’ve already gotten your food.While I let the kids eat (I couldn’t eat my food because of my allergy), another customer finally got someone to talk to them about their messed up order-after yelling to the staff at the back, and the staff and customer were loud and disruptive arguing back and forth. It wasn’t professional at all. The customer was upset about their order being messed up, but got mad because no one was coming to help; then lost their temper when the staff was rude. Another customer in the lobby besides myself and the one arguing commented that this is why they don’t even try to get their order fixed here when the staff messes it up.Don’t go here.

I used online app to order and picked up via drive thru window. Service was fast and friendly. I based my review of the Food mostly on the standard McDonald's has set rather than comparisons or across the board expectation levels. I gave 3 stars bc the nuggets weren't good and tasted very different.

Ordered breakfast this morning. Got a burnt english muffin and the hubs got crunchy eggs on his sandwich. At least we know they use real eggs. But really?!? Like burnt burnt and egg shells. I mean I don't expect much but at least pay attention to what your doing.

DO NOT go here and eat in the lobby. Went here after a long day, and just wanted to enjoy a meal with my family. Every table was sticky. You have to take your own order, and even though IT SAYS to just sit down and wait, you have to go get it. It seems these people only care about the drive-thru. Because if you need ANYTHING, you have to stand at the counter and get ignored by every single employee. First, I just needed some mayonnaise because I didnt know the mccrispy comes with zero sauce. Then they forgot my kid's milk. I had to actually speak over them to get their attention. So I stood at the counter longer than I was able to sit with my family and eat my now COLD meal. The lobby is FREEZING because they have guys running orders outside so they just leave the door open. The manager was on his cell phone the whole time we were there... LITERALLY ear to shoulder the entire time. The only thing that was nice about this place, was the bathroom. Never again.

2nd time I have been there and my food was bad. I ordered a quarter pounder, no onions, no cheese, fries and a large unsweetened tea with 5 Splenda. biurger was so salty I couldn't eat it. fries had no salt at all and they gave me a sweet tea with 5 Splenda added too it. none of it was palatable! I tried to call, no answer. we live in Pearlington so I wasn't going to turn around and drive all the way back. I think I am ditching McDonalds.
