How can you sit at the order intercom for 10 minutes!? With no one in front of you!? And the manager was just as incoherent as his employees. Awful service.
Your rating serves you well. The managers are just as incoherent as the employees and it makes sense why the employees can’t even learn how to do something correctly.

The lady at the window was rude, I got 1 pickle when asked for extra extra extra AND they charge for one little sauce. Take notes from Chick-fil-A, they give you all sauce wanted and they are they most profitable fast food establishment JS the sauce don't break a business.
