If I could give them a zero I would!!! I ordered on tonight which is Sunday. Don’t order on this night. I placed an order for the special two large two toppings for $22.00. One pizza was Alfredo sauce with mushrooms and ground beef. The pizza was CHEESE pizza with mushrooms. No meat hardly! So I called back and spoke with a man who REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME! He told me he could not help me solve the problem, so I said if you can’t fix it your going to lose me as a customer, his reply was oh well then you have a good night and hung up. I called back and asked his name he said Papa John is my name, I said no your name again he refused to tell me his name, but then says he will refund my card. I said oh now you’re willing to fix it? He said I refunded you good night and hung on me again. I called back and said I still need your name and he hung up in my face once again. I will be calling corporate tomorrow and WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS PIZZA PLACE IN THE BAY EVER AGAIN. I’m also going to warn my family and friends! The Bay is small, you would not want to make enemies with the people who make sure you get paid. This man was very unprofessional and lacked in customer skills. No company that is for the people should operate in this manner. I will investigate this further tomorrow Monday morning when corporate is open.

I ate this dry pizza because I was too hungry and tired. Wish I would have checked it before. I would have just walked out and left the dry cardboard with no sauce and cheese with a few sporadic sausages here and there at the counter. I swore my last experience never again yet here I was because I was sitting in front of store, hungry and it said 15 minutes. Another mistake. And like a fool I tipped them. I'm done here.

I ordered a large meat lovers pizza on line I get to the store and it’s a medium in a medium box and they proceed to tell me that I paid for a large because the medium thin crust just looks smaller and comes in a smaller box so I paid $30 for a medium pizza with barely anything on it

Waveland, MS Location. We've ordered takeout 3 times and delivery once. The Works pizza is our favorite. Delicious! The owner himself delivered our pizza because he was short staffed on a Monday night. He was very pleasant, puctual and he was enthusiastic about his business. They definitely will have my repeat business.

Pleasant visit! I walked in, placed an order. The staff was prompt and friendly. The papadia was amazing! Friendly staff and excellent service keeps me as a customer.
While vacationing and finally getting off the road for the night. I found this spot quiet, in a location close by the hotel that I rented for the night. The pepperoni pizza I ordered was hot, fast and delicious. I was there for take - out and the pizza was brought out to my car. The service was courteous and quick. Definitely will go back as I visit often this city often.

It's Papa John's ..are they different from one to the next. You either have a good experience or not based upon the staffing. I didn't look what I was given...it was my order tag, not my pizza. It was still good.Parking: It's on an old strip mall area. You may not have curbside direct or preferred parking, but there is plenty of parking.
