Food is the usual Taco Bell goodness, service is exceedingly slow especially for drive through not sure if it's an issue with being short staffed or just a lack of urgency but it is a consistent issue over the year now I've occasionally stopped by. Atmosphere gets a peg down because the staff seemed indifferent.

Whenever I have had to go through the food, the order is always incomplete. Last time I went through two days ago and they gave me the food but not the drinks.

i don't leave reviews often, but this has been the worst experience i have had with Taco Bell's food.

we placed an order on the mobile app, and picked it up at the drive thru. i personally ordered the cantina chicken quesadilla and the cheesy double beef burrito. the burrito was made incorrectly (had rice after i specifically ordered it without, and had onions which were ordered on a separate burrito), and the quesadilla wasn't even half filled. we also ordered two spicy potato tacos, and the potatoes weren't fully cooked. the rice on the burritos wasn't fully cooked either.

attached is a picture of the cantina chicken quesadilla i ordered. im not sure how you can possibly underfill a quesadilla this badly. it was absolutely not worth $7. steer clear of this location if you're looking for a good experience at Taco Bell.

(oh, and after reporting these mistakes on the app, the only thing i got was a $5 coupon for my next order, which would not even cover the food that was messed up. not even a refund.)

Food was about 2 tablespoons of meat and bea no s in a huge tortilla, waste of money. Touch-screen ordering was confusing.

I remember back in the 70s maybe early 80s. My sister was a manager at a Taco Bell. The food seem real then. Now it seems like the food is made from some form of edible and not edible products. Just not good.

Went to this Taco Bell earlier and was told by the “manager on duty” that she wasn’t allowed to swap the steak for chicken on my Crunchwrap sliders and I said they just did it yesterday and she goes oh they gone get in trouble we not allowed to do that but I go on the app and it gives you the option to swap it for slow roasted chicken potatoes or regular chicken but yall aren’t allowed to do that right? Yeah makes no sense. I work at sonic she thought she was talking to a regular costumer and it’s no fast food experience. You can’t play me get it together. You can swap any meat on anything you want if you gotta pay extra so be it but you can do it. She just wanted to be difficult. Zero stars!!!
