The girl/lady that works over the fries skimped me on regular size fries. It was less then half in the box and 3 in the bag. I parked and walked in to tell them. She said “there where more fries in there they ate them” which is a lie. Who eats fries that fast in 30 seconds, i wouldve been chewing, and its not worth getting over on when i could get more at McDonald’s for the same price. Anyways. I also ordered a Veggie Bowl, it didnt have guac in it along with the guac sauce packet. Attitudes across the board. Do your job correctly and you wouldnt have issues.

They Had No Sauce In The Entire Store... This Is TacoBell. I Would Have To Drive To Diamond Head MS To Get My Sauce? I Dont Even Eat What I Order Without Sauce. What Should I Do?

Pretty quick normally for lunch. Wasn't a fan of the AI to place my order here at first but it seems to be easier now than when it rolled out.

Poor. First the AI order taker left off half of my order. After driving around to the windows again, I was told to come inside. When I get inside, there's no one there to help me. Finally one of the food preparers help me. I had to reorder and pay for the items missing. Discovered that my Crunchwrap Supreme had no meat. The meat on the chulupas we ordered were sparse and no cheese. No Sauce offered.

This place is extremely slow, I was there 25 minutes waiting on my order, that's unacceptable and let me say there were more than enough employees there Urban times when there's only been three if you can find somewhere else to go I would advise you go there not here terrible customer service

This is hands down the best taco bell ive ever been to. The staff is amazing and friendly, the store is so clean, and everything was fresh. I give it 10 stars. The lady who took my order is so friendly and helpful and did the kiosk order for me. Every taco bell should strive to be this professional

Food is the usual Taco Bell goodness, service is exceedingly slow especially for drive through not sure if it's an issue with being short staffed or just a lack of urgency but it is a consistent issue over the year now I've occasionally stopped by. Atmosphere gets a peg down because the staff seemed indifferent.

Whenever I have had to go through the food, the order is always incomplete. Last time I went through two days ago and they gave me the food but not the drinks.
