Purchase a Taco Bell grande today at the Taco Bell Highway 90 Waveland, Mississippi the nacho chips taste like that been in the store for about five years. They were awful the worst I ever had you never have to worry about me anymore purchasing this.

The staff was friendly and attentive but ready to go home, considering it was just after midnight. However, the food seemed cold and old. The cinnamon twists actually had a rancid old flavor to them. Regardless of closing time, a customer should always have fresh food.

We were making our order on the screen, because no one is at the counter. There's 2 other couples already eating in the lobby, and no one else in queue to order. An employee suddenly comes over to stand next to us and watches like we need help because I'm taking too long. I say, "I guess I'm good." Because she's making me nervous and I can't decide, so I opt for nothing else. We got our party box of tacos in good time, but they forgot to give us any hot sauce. And we didn't realize it until we got all the way back home. :(

5 star for customer service. All the folks working there are very welcoming and friendly. Manager made us welcome and was gracious to redo some complicated messed up orders which were totally fault of ours. It feels good when you are traveling and meet nice folks on the way.
Need to get rid if the order area and let the workers place the order. I've watched the team, have to place orders on those screens for folks which. I love Taco Bell but I just think that someone should be on top of ordering the food to keep available for everyone who comes to order and then their not told that there’s only a certain amount of food items available to order because that’s not professional service at all so whomever is supposed to be in charge of ordering food and stuff for the restaurant is slacking big time! Unless they are just telling us that they don’t have this or that or this and that available to order because they don’t want to cook it I don’t know I’m just saying because there’s no excuse for running out of half of the menu ??♀️Parking: No problems with parking if the drive thru line isn’t long lol because it’s a pain in the rear of the drive thru line is long and taking a long time to park will make you turn around and leave and go to Popeyes or eat Chinese buffet because it’s a long wait sometimes and sometimes you just don’t feel like waiting just to park or wait in line to go thru drive thru!

lobby says open until 10pm im beating on the door at 8:50 for my toddler to pee, a nice worker is walking to the door to let me in and his raggedy manager starts freaking out shaking her head no and telling me to go thru the drive thru so i did a potty dance and pointed to my toddler, and she kept shaking her head motioning for me to go thru the drive thru. my husband was already in the drive thru ordering! it would’ve cost them nothing to just let paying customers pee and leave WITHIN POSTED LOBBY HOURS! the food was good and has been lately but it’s very hit and miss, sometimes they’re out of everything and it’s cold but that’s been happening less often so i gave 3 stars for food. don’t expect the lobby to be open when it says it is tho.Kid-friendliness: wouldn’t let a potty training toddler come inside the lobby in lobby hours to potty.
