“The lady working the drive thru today around 7:30 PM @ the Waynesboro, MS location needs a raise. She was doing everything she could do to get the orders out as fast as she could. She was very sweet and apologetic when I went inside to see if my order was ready. I quickly realized just how short staffed they were and offered a helping hand. I didn’t get her name but she needs recognition for all she was trying to do with the little help she had. God puts us in the right places at the right time and I’m glad I was there to witness her effort. Give her a raise KFC and make it a good one!! Thank you!!!!“

“From out of town. Stopped by and ordered in app. Went inside to friendly staff. Did not wait long for order and bag was brought around counter and handed to me personally. Food packaged well. Can only hope all fast food encounters went this nice and smooth.“
