The lady working the drive thru today around 7:30 PM @ the Waynesboro, MS location needs a raise. She was doing everything she could do to get the orders out as fast as she could. She was very sweet and apologetic when I went inside to see if my order was ready. I quickly realized just how short staffed they were and offered a helping hand. got some chicken other night .the family meal.chicken was dark burnt looking, gravy was nasty.never got chicken that awful and nasty from KFC.it makes me never want any more chicken from there.🤬
