So iam at work and we don't have sit down tines for break. I wanted to rush across the street and get something to eat and I will never again as long as I live go to kfc.The food was so bad I after I waited almost 10 mins just to go back through the drive through after being told webwill bring it out to you. The food was still cold tasted like the grease was yrs old.it was totally disgusting yall should be ashamed. Yall want to charge outrageous proces be rude and serve cold food never again

On April 2 2025 I visited this location and what a sales person the manager is she talked me right into 12 pc chicken meal and a double dunk it bucket with extra sides even got me to get extra mashed potatoes potato poppers she was the Store manager and she was so polite the store was so clean and the food was amazing

I went tonight at 9pm and ordered like 2 family meals. Altogether it was 24 pieces of chicken along with the sides. I knew they wouldn’t have a lot cooked because it was so late so I knew I’d have to wait but the employees there was the best. It has changed so very much for the better. While I was waiting in my chicken which was great cause it was fresh, Ms. April came out and said because I was waiting they’d throw me in 2 large sides. I tried to tell her u k ew I had to wait so they didn’t have to do that. She Insisted that they give me something extra for the wait. After a few minutes she came out to let me know it was almost ready and she talked to me and everything. I’m so glad to see such a great change now and I’ll definitely be back soon.

I ordered a Mac and cheese bowl it was amazing the service was great place was clean and there was amazing communication going on every time I gii on in They greet me with a smile and warm welcome they check on me and make sure everything is ok The manager was April and Keisha was my cashier they made sure I had a great dining expierence hats off to Waynesboro Ms KFC hands down this is the store for me and I will return

I received literally 5 French fries for a whole side of fries. The food is always wrong/cold and majority of the time I'm missing something. Hope someone is atleast eating the food that's always missing...

They need to get people who care about serving the customers. They to busy with cell phones joking around with each other and ignoring customers.On top of that they have no clue how to take orders and the difference between white and dark meat. These employees are just awful and we will stop going if something isn't done about this.

I don't know what has happened at this KFC, used to always getting good food here. The 2 stars are for the food, the young lady that was working the counter and I think the manager was great, it appeared the biggest thing she needed was some help. She can do just so much.

The lady working the drive thru today around 7:30 PM @ the Waynesboro, MS location needs a raise. She was doing everything she could do to get the orders out as fast as she could. She was very sweet and apologetic when I went inside to see if my order was ready. I quickly realized just how short staffed they were and offered a helping hand. I didn’t get her name but she needs recognition for all she was trying to do with the little help she had. God puts us in the right places at the right time and I’m glad I was there to witness her effort. Give her a raise KFC and make it a good one!! Thank you!!!!

Bout the biggest waste of space , they ain’t never got a full menu . Takes forever to get your order and hopefully it’s what you order and how .

Staff was yelling at one another and at customers. Store was a complete mess and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the place opened. We left and did not dare place an order.
