I received literally 5 French fries for a whole side of fries. The food is always wrong/cold and majority of the time I'm missing something. Hope someone is atleast eating the food that's always missing...

They need to get people who care about serving the customers. They to busy with cell phones joking around with each other and ignoring customers.On top of that they have no clue how to take orders and the difference between white and dark meat. These employees are just awful and we will stop going if something isn't done about this.

I don't know what has happened at this KFC, used to always getting good food here. The 2 stars are for the food, the young lady that was working the counter and I think the manager was great, it appeared the biggest thing she needed was some help. She can do just so much.

The lady working the drive thru today around 7:30 PM @ the Waynesboro, MS location needs a raise. She was doing everything she could do to get the orders out as fast as she could. She was very sweet and apologetic when I went inside to see if my order was ready. I quickly realized just how short staffed they were and offered a helping hand. I didn’t get her name but she needs recognition for all she was trying to do with the little help she had. God puts us in the right places at the right time and I’m glad I was there to witness her effort. Give her a raise KFC and make it a good one!! Thank you!!!!

Bout the biggest waste of space , they ain’t never got a full menu . Takes forever to get your order and hopefully it’s what you order and how .

Staff was yelling at one another and at customers. Store was a complete mess and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the place opened. We left and did not dare place an order.

This is a combo KFC+Taco Bell restaurant.Ordered famous bowl only.Took over 15 min to deliver to me at counter.They were understaffed /complaining about being so.Employee had their 4 year old child running around the restaurant uncontrolled the entire time I was in house.Extremely slow service. Not that busy. (Guess the locals know it's slow)Food:The mashed potatoes in my "famous bowl" weren't mixed well;There were SEVERAL dry spots/powder lumps of instant potatoes (not very appealing).The Chicken nuggets/bits in the bowl were cold.The corn was cold too.The gravy was there; but scarce, would haved liked more.Overall, a POOR showing. I'd advise against dining here: if you want hot food and quickly, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I ordered a 12 piece dinner crispy,it was nasty and soggy,the Mac and cheese was nasty,the French fries was cooked hard nearly burnt.I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there.Thus used to be a good place to eat but now they don't care,the food is nasty and awful there.

I walked in to the counter the person behind the register was on her cellphone seeing me and another customer standing there she knowing it was no hurry to get off cellphone and slow to get my order and getting my food also and even the manager was also not in a hurry to help get food to drive thru window
