I just wanna let yall know that this person (black, female, mean look on her face, ponytail hairdo (giving these so yal can guess who she is idk)) but anyways so I forgot what my mom ordered for me as in drink but she gave me tea instead and I never order tea at McDonald’s 😂😂. Also mom ordered like 2 sweet n sour sauce packets, asked if I was in there, girl said yes. I opened the happy meal and there’s no sauce. I don’t want yall to fire anyone but plz just talk to yall dog gone employees about lying to their customers !! Thx, Popeyes and Wendy’s r better anyways. :(

I actually left McDonald's after ordering, paying, then everyone was told pull over, 10 minutes an no one came thru the drive thru, finally the idiot came out. I said hold up, the sandwich Chicken was COLD after 10 minutes. Got my $$ back and HARDEE'S was the BOMB!!!!

After we finally got able to order on the Kiosk and it wouldn’t even let us pay and the line was so long because nothing was working. They were very slow so nobody hardly had the food, I thought McDonald’s was fast food.
Went in for breakfast. Really just wanted a quick breakfast sandwich so we could run a few errands in town. One sausage, egg mcmuffin w/hash browns and drink and one bacon/egg bagel w/hash browns and drink. Total cost almost $18. Seriously guys, it's highway robbery. Probably not any different from anyone else, but it's been a long time since we had breakfast in a fast food place. At these prices it will not be happening no time in the near future either. It's an mcmuffin, I make these at the house for a dollar or two tops and that's with the price of eggs being sky high. Then to top it off, only one drink machine was working. There was no orange drink or HiC, so I had to get a Dr. Pepper. Evidently, it's a pretty common thing for the restaurant to run out of drinks and food and other supplies during the week. That's a management problem or corporate headquarters screw up. That stuff has a schedule, learn it, commit it to memory, order enough so you never run out. Customers expect to get what they want or they spend their money somewhere else. It's that simple. Your in the business to make money, do your job. You're sure charging us for it.

Placed a large mobile order and chose to pick it up inside because I knew the order was large. Get here and they have the dining area already closed at 7pm on a Tuesday. Then they can't find my mobile order even with receipt

Went through the drive-thru on 11/25/24. Ordered 2 drinks. It took 15 minutes. I even went in to just get it and go, but I walked in and the guy at the front walked away as I came in and never came back. I waited another 5 minutes. Our car finally got to the pay window so I went out and got back in the car. When I was in the restaurant, the employees looked like they were all confused as to what they were doing. There were people standing around doing nothing and it just looked like absolute anarchy. I haven't written a review on Google in literal years, but this forced my hand. The Cokes were fine when I got them, though!
