ON WEDNESDAY JULY 10 , 2024 I WENT TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND A OLD LADY , HEAVYSET WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BEHAVED IN THE MOST RIDICULOUS MANNER I HAVE EVER SEEN ALL BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT COUNT MONEY SO WHEN I TOLD HER SHE OWED ME MONEY AFTER HER MACHINE OVER CHARGED ME THREE TIMES SO WHEN SHE ANGRILY TRIED TO THROW MONEY TO ME I REFUSED TO TAKE IT SO SHE STORMED TO THE BACK CAUSING A BIG UNCALLED FOR SCENE . MANY PEOPLE ARE NOT PEOPLE PERSONS AND CANNOT COPE WITH THE PUBLIC. AFTER BEING RUDELY TREATED HERE WALKS IN A SHORT CAUCASIAN MALE TELLING MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTER TO LEAVE AND IT WAS ALL OVER HIS EMPLOYEE NOT BEING ABLE TO COUNT MONEY . I LEARNED TODAY THAT YOU MUST BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU EAT BECAUSE THIS BUSINESS MADE ME FEEL AS THOUGH THEY WERE PREJUDICE . THE ENTIRE TIME I KEPT MY COMPOSER BECAUSE BEING THAT I AM A PREVIOUS BUSINESS PROPRIETOR , YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO TREAT EVERYONE NO MATTER THE SITUATION OR COLOR OF THEIR SKIN . NEVER EVER TELL A BROWN PERSON TO “GET” SIMPLY BECAUSE THESE ARENT THOSE DAYS OR TIMES, ITS 2024 AND TAKE THAT TONE OR LANGUAGE IS OUT OF POCKET! THE LITTLE FELLA AND THE HEAVY SET OLDER LADY NEED LESSONS IN PUBLIC DECENCY & CUSTOMER SERVICE.
