Local, small town steak house. Food very tasty. Good variety on menu. Very few people there on the Wednesday night I was there but probably busier on weekends. Pleasant server but she was a little distracted by other chores.
The first time I went to the Stanford it was absolutely fantastic! Great service, and perfectly prepared ribeye. The next time I went, it was like a completely different place. My ribeye had some sort of dry rub with vague Cajun-like flavor, and tasted horrible. The menu did not mention anything about the steak being prepared this way. The end result was a dry, spicy steak that did not resemble a traditional ribeye in any way. Also had to ask for bread which is normally served...
We ordered the chicken Alfredo and the Cajun chicken Alfredo plus kid’s chicken strips and steak fries the food was so amazing and the serving size gets you pass full with plenty take home the loaded nachos was so delicious in my Baby voice “ Y’all we full” lol and Cj deserves a raise he is so patient and respectful and great service we enjoyed him for my husband birthday dinner.
