All of our food was nothing like other Arby's đ not fresh. The burger was especially bad.

How does Arby's run out of roast beef? They let us know...after we ordered and paid. Guess they don't have the meats.

I went to drive.
Through and sit there no one ever came on the speaker so I pulled up to the window and she told me I had to come in, So I parked my car and when in. She was so busy talking to her friend She wouldn't even wait on me.I kept looking at her thinking she's gonna wait on me ,She never did so I turned round and walked out.

Stopped in for a quick lunch after stopping for fuel. I ordered the classic, small fries, and a medium shake. The cashier rang up my order, handed me my receipt and a soda cup. I aske what that was about, as I ordered a shake. Her response was 'our shake machine is broke". Ok, so why did she not tell me that when I ordered the shake? Had I known that I would have only ordered sandwich and fries, as I had drinks in my truck.

The food was awful. Ordered a roast beef with cheddar, soon as I opened the sandwich wrap it smelled old and spoiled so I tasted the meat omg it tasted like it smell. This was the first I experienced Arby's being bad and I now know that's my last time eating there
Thoroughly disgusted today at West Point Ms. Arbyâs . 9-11 @ 5:30 pm.
Ordered at counter for dine in. Got food to the table and began getting food out of bags.
(Yes, I said bags.) for dine-in.
An employee came and said we had the wrong order! Handled all food (as if it belonged to her) while switching from one bag to the other. Bare hands no gloves touching my food!!
Didnât take back up to counter to correct their mistake. All this happened at my table as I watched. Said âthis is yoursâ as she plopped the bag down in front of me. No apology!
Nothing! Just walked away.
The counter clerks are rude like theyâre doing the customer a favor. Stay home if you donât like dealing with the public.
I regret not taking food back and demanding a refund. It was Very slow with only 2 other people's seated. If they werenât so busy socializing loudly behind the counter maybe they wouldnât have this problem! At the customers expense!

I walked in this morning and it smelled like something died in there. Workers were also rude. Dropped my bag of food on the floor and proceeded to hand it to me. The more I eat out on the road it just reminds me of you have any respect for yourself just buy and prepare your own groceries. Thatâs better than regretting spending your HARD EARNED money.
