Service here is on a serious decline. Person working the counter told us they didn't know how to make the bubble tea, then asked another employee if they did. Second employee literally said, "Oh HELL no!" First employee then looked me in the eye and said, "we don't have the stuff to make it."I just had to shake my head and walk out

I went because I wanted my favorite flavors. Mint chocolate chip and rocky road. They didn't have either flavor. The ice cream I bought had been thawed and refrozen. There were ice chunks. I asked for a waffle cone. The waffle cone was out of a box from Walmart. My husband wanted a milkshake. They were out of milk.
I was so disappointed. I was treated rudely by the woman behind the counter. She was too busy to get off of a personal call to assist me. When she spoke it was quite rude. She informed me that the ice cream I requested was in stock, but she could not open it since she did not have a place to put it. She refused to sell me a stocked item and was too busy talking on the phone.
Good ice â„cream and good hot food ðŸ±ðŸœ.
