Gonna go ahead and tell ya, the wait times are gonna a bit long sometimes but the food is always good. I definitely recommend if you're hungry.
This store was out of almost every side item and sauce. I ordered the special 2 pc & fries, an additional 2 pieces of fish, and 6 hush puppies. The 4 pieces I got didn't even total the size of ONE piece. I honestly thought at first they gave me chicken fingers. And I got 13 French fries. Yes I counted. The $15.02 I spent was mostly on the hush puppies (because of the absence of actual food) that I got for my dogs to share. I'm pretty sure out of the two that came with it and the six that I ordered the dogs had more food than I did. The woman working the register and the drive through was too busy using her phone to pay attention to the customers. I stood inside at the counter (I drive an RV so drive thru isn't an option) for 12 minutes waiting on her to even acknowledge me. There's a timer over the drive through window, which is how I know how long I waited. While she used her phone to text or play games or something. I went to the bathroom right after I ordered and paid. When I got back I could clearly see my order sitting on the counter. I said there another 6 minutes watching her play on her phone. She didn't even bother to turn around until the kitchen staff put two more containers on the shelf in front of her. I'm telling you the quality of service and food has gone so far downhill at Captain D's. It's pathetic.
