I got a strawberry shake... and it was like soup... so I went back so the manager said it half in it ..that cause the girl didn't put nothing in it from the start. I will just stay away from Jack's.... and go some place else.

Stopped by with a group of 20+ for the second time. Both times have been great experiences. The manager and workers have been very accommodating, helpful, and had positive, pleasant attitudes. Positive experiences.

I Went Through The Drive Through And When I Got Home The Food Was Out Of This World… The Person Who Waited On Me Was So Kind… She Wished Me A Happy Holiday… She Was So Refreshing… BTW… The Ham Was So Freaking Good… I’ll Be Ordering That Again… And Don’t Forget The Biscuits… Jacks Has Become Our Go To Place For Fast Easy Food…
Stopped at this drive-thru while passing through West Point and the experience was very pleasant, the woman at the speaker was very welcoming and nice. I should have gotten her name to put in this review. The thing that kept me from giving five stars is that they left something out of my bag so I had to get out and go inside, but, in doing so, I was able to see that the inside was VERY clean(compared to other Jack’s I’ve visited)..you could probably eat off of the floor! I applaud this location…and go Green Waves! ;)
