This store is inefficient and the chicken was poorly prepared. There were a number of employees working at the time of my visit, but they could never get it together - no team work at all, as is if they would do certain tasks and nothing else. It took them 25 minutes to give us our order, and there was someone that waited longer than we did! Never again, and I recommend you dont waste time there either.

This is my personal preference I gave it one star because the chicken is awful it's too greasy it's my first time eating at KFC in West Point and it will be my last time eating there even my eight-year-old niece says it's too greasy and it made her vomit she got the $5 fill up box because it has a cookie in it and she don't want KFC anymore not even for the cookie so yeah that's my take on KFC in West Point.
