Great customer service, as we were about to leave, instead of letting us leave without our drink and charging us, they yelled for us before we left and we got our drink. Finger licking good has never been so true!

Extremely slow service. Only one person working drive-thru, dining room and fixing orders. I wasn't even acknowledged. One other person was on phone and finally started to help.

It’s 8:20 on a Saturday night when we decided to grab some KFC! The drive through is obviously open, we roll up and start talking and the voice on the other end says, we ain’t taking any orders”. We asked politely, “ when do you close”? The lady answered, “Now”! We asked at 8:20? Not at 8:00 or 9:00 but at 8:20. She never came back to the microphone. It’s so ridiculous that it says they are open, Google says they close at 10:00. Across the street Popeyes is jam packed. Obviously who ever is working at KFC doesn’t want a job! Lazy, if there was a problem they could have said, we are out of chicken, the oven is broken. So far in the row of West pointe most all fast food restaurants seem to close durning the week around 7 and the weekends when ever the hell the feel like it. None of the food we have been able to eat Bc they say they are closed yet they Have PEOPLE EATING INSIDE! They had a car order before us! Ridiculous!
