Unfortunately, the worst experience I have ever had at a McAllisters. Waited over 30 minutes after we had finished our food before they brought my son’s food out to the table… it was a club sandwich.

Stopped at 1:30 on a Sunday. Appears to be 5 workers total in the restaurant. Every single empty table is full of used plates, so obviously no one has bussed a table in over an hour. They were out of fruit, spuds, ranch dressing, and some other things. So every one of our party changed their order. Restaurants need some management attention urgently. We will not be back.

They always close and lock down by 8:30 PM THEY throw most of what you want away including the sweet team before 8 I never seen nothing like it!!! 😡

I hadn't been going into McAllisters anymore after my tupelo experience, but west point made me a believer again. The best sandwich I've had was mad, even though it was the exact same one I order everytime ive gone in at other locations. It tasted fresher, softer, and like it was made with effort. The place was really clean, and customer service restored my faith in workers. I left smiling ear to ear and with a full belly.

Ordered Italian sandwich and got a dry ham sandwich with no dressing . Fountain drink was bitter. Dirty tables.

I ordered 12in Memphian with spring mix ,tomato, jalapeño,olives,roasted peppers cucumber, and paid extra for avocados ,honey mustard,only received honey mustard and cucumber didn’t go back from fear of sabotage of remake , how do you screw up a sandwich

Food was fresh and well prepared. Reuben was full of meat. Service was fast and very friendly. Nice staff. We had a great lunch.
Sandwiches were pretty good, nice portion. Real rye bread was a nice surprise. The service however needs help. Counter person was cleaning the bathroom when we entered. At that point we didn't realize she was who we were waiting for. No hello no nothing, she dumped some trash looked at us and went back to the bathroom without a word. Waited some more until someone in the kitchen asked if we had been helped. I replied " no, thinks she's cleaning the bathroom" Waited some more... she finally appeared looking miserable, tossed her gloves in the trash thank goodness and finally asked what we wanted. Seemed like a person who hates their job. She did however point out we could tip when I entered my card. Enough said.

This McAllister has the worst customer service. The young ladies that come to the window are very rude and have nasty attitudes. The food is just okay. One day I had to hold my tongue with one of them and drove off. I wouldn’t recommend this McAllisters.
