Every once in a while I’ll get a good worker who knows how to read the cup and make a coffee the right size but most of the time anymore they hand me this small cup and say “this is a medium” when you can clearly read that it aint. Workers need to be trained better! If you can’t make a coffee I sure don’t expect food to be made right! ****update 8/17/25-they are still handing out small cups and saying it is a “large” the girl this morning said the manager said to hand it out like that. I doubt the manager is gonna say hand out a cup that says medium iced coffee not large.

Not sure what they are doing with the frys here seem to be re heated or double fried or whatever, super dark, way too many hard and crispy pieces. Hard to eat and not very good.

Ms. Bobo the manager was so nice and kind that we called the owner to give her a raise. The food was very good and I spent less than 10 dollars. And the ice cream machine worked perfectly.

Horrible. It's absolutely horrible. Rude employees, forgets every single fricking thing you order. They get mad at you for telling them they forgot something. I have never seen more horrible employees in my life. They should shut this place down. I've never in my life ever seen a worse McDonald's than this. Unfortunately, this sloppy shack is the only McDonald's in West point, Don't ever come here if you have the chance.

Stop by on way work. Both ladies at the windows were great . Some places at 530 in morning the workers are grumpy ! But these ladies. We’re great ! The food was hot .
We went inside to order because the line was so long. We waited in front because they need more workers.

Nasty and cold! Only thing was fresh was fries my cheeseburger was horrible cheese wasn't even melted on it. Also let's not forget the none speaking rude people who do drive through!!
