Ordered three of the "My Hut Box" and picked up at the drive through. We had to tell the lady the name on the order at least three different times before she even looked it up in their computer. We get home and realized one of the boxes is missing it's side of wing. So make sure you check everybody before you leave.
I want to take a moment to brag on the store manager on duty Friday, March 1, 2024 at the West Point, MS location. My order was delivered, but it was delivered to the incorrect place by a delivery service used by Pizza Hut. I called the store and the manager was able to get my order replaced, out for delivery adding a drink to my order and giving me store credit for an order in the future. I truly appreciate her customer service and hope that this store never loses her as a manager.
It's okay nice staff but pizza is missing something compared to other pizza huts I've been to. I don't know if it's not enough pizza sauce or cheese. Maybe both. It's good just not as good as it should be
