Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

If you are the franchise owner of this location you should be ashamed of the way your choice of employees have trashed the Zaxbys name.
The wait @ 1 in the afternoon for 20 minutes ridiculous.
The service or lack there of is more like it.
I've never had my food handed to me dripping coleslaw juice from the bag quite like this before. No ZERO ice in drink.
I wouldn't have minded the wait if the food had been fresh. But to get it all cold and soaked in juice from the way it was almost thrown at me in the drive-thru was just to much. Had I known it was leaking everywhere I would have paid for the pure joy of throwing it back at them.
On a side not the lady whom I paid at the first window was super nice and apologized in advance for what was to come.
I fully expect that no one will respond especially the owner.
My advice go elsewhere!!!

The workers were polite and our waitress Jakyria was very attentive. However, the food was TERRIBLE. We ordered two quesadillas and fries. The cheese was not melted and all of the chicken fell out of the tortilla. Needed a fork to try to eat which we didn't have. The fries were the worst. They clearly dropped old fries in grease and served. I would not recommend.

The television commercial led me to come into Zaxby's. I ordered the the delicious chicken. It came out cold, dry and not flavorful

Great staff, food and management

Waited at the window for nearly 28 minutes waiting on my food. Food cost way more than I expected for two people. Cars were honking for them to hurry it up. Staff was nice and food was awesome though, but if you’re in a hurry to get somewhere don’t go here.

The employees were very polite and welcoming. I received kind smiles as I entered. The cashier was patient whilst taking my order, she confirmed my order by reading it back to me as well. The food looked delicious and came out within 5 minutes! It was very tasty and I had a lovely experience!

Our youth group stopped in our way to Mississippi College for camp. Easy area for a group 36 to stop for lunch and potty break!

Passing through the area in our 31 foor rv... plenty of parking and easy entry/exit from the highway. We ordered ahead on our way south and food was ready, hot and tasty! Staff was great, and made us feel welcome when we walked in. Great job!
