Waited 13 minutes at the drive thru before they ever asked to take my order. Got the first order. It was wrong. Got the second order? It was also wrong. No wonder this place got bad reviews. Food tasted good though.

I initially had the worst experience possible. It was because of employee Jalicia Funchess. She is the absolute worst ever. The worst attitude I have ever seen. But - it was FAR MORE than offset by Ariona Montgomery who is the ABSOLUTE BEST EVER!!! I plan to make a thirty minute drive just to interact with her. She is an incredible asset to your business!
Willie is also great.

Not sure who owns or manage the Wiggins Ms branch but their food is always cold, over cooked or taste like left over. The store is also a bit messy.

There is an employee who can plainly hear my order every time yet she puts in the order she wants my husband is late for work everytime she works at least once a week and on average I spend nearly $200 a week there this employee is rude doesn't pay attention and is all around bad for business and I've managed my fair share of restaurants so recognizing a downfall is easy to spot I let it slide the first few times because she was new but now it's apparent she can't do her job properly there are plenty of other places for me to go but I shouldn't have to go else where because of one incompetent person I go to this restaurant so much that when I'm pulling in their cook already knows my order and starts making it yet the drive through attendant can't listen and pay attention to the customer smh

I went to drive through in wiggins, ms Saturday 26 April 2025 at 6:10 p.m.. I sat there 15 minutes with no one answering. I called their phone. When they answered, they realized they were no paying attention to drive through. This is the second time going through their drive through with a delayed response. I will never order from them again.

I was very excited by the service early on. My last 3 visits have gone from bad to worse. One visit I ordered the Hawian Deluxe Fish meal which is the most expensive and got the lowest meal deal. Next I went drive thru and was ditto drive around and park in front like I was at McDonald’s and waited 15 minutes to get my food. Today I went inside and my hamburger was slopped with fake cheese and items sliding off the sandwich, my granddaughter fist get her fries, another customer had their order duplicated and was a drama. Worst of all as we were leaving a huge cockroach was heading out of the kitchen to the dining area. They clearly don’t have enough staff. Three strikes you’re out.
