My food was pretty cold as if it just came straight out the freezer. My cheese wasn’t melted like at all. My fries were warm but not even close to hot. I’m pretty upset considering on how pretty cold my wrap is.

..asked for onions, nope, fries cold and hard like a rock, my original review answered by management, and that does mean something, so I will chaulk this up to one time bad experience.

Wait times are insane, don’t bother going through the drive through as they don’t bother to answer it, inside is just as bad with at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges your existence, and the food is always sloppy and looks thrown together… inside is very nice and clean though.

I ordered a bacon roast beef sandwich, but replaced the choices of roast beef or chicken with a burger patty. I asked for everything on the sandwich to be kept the same, but for them to add the bourbon sauce onto it. The sandwich was very good. And I would most likely get it again.

Not good tonight. My husband and I have gotten very good service and food here before, but tonight was awful. The meat on the gyro tasted off, I don't know if it has changed or what. Not as good as it always was before. Lettuce was a wilted mess and was only one slimy leaf. We also could've sworn the jalepeno poppers were cheddar cheese and not cream cheese, but maybe that part was our mistake. However, the cheese sticks were old, overcooked and horrible. So overcooked in fact, we almost thought it was cheddar cheese inside because it was not even close to looking like white mozzarella, it was almost the same color as the breading, and no, the cheese hadn't cooked out of it like cheesesticks sometimes do, it was just that color, awful. Unfortunate experience tonight. We spent 35$ for overcooked and not fresh tasting food, and there weren't even any other customers in the store. No excuse for not being fresh. We got this order to go, and because everything looked ok on the outside, we had no idea it would taste like regret until we got home. Not sure if we will come back. Pictures of what should've been white mozzarella cheese in the cheese sticks. All but one of them was that way.
They're as bad as McDonald's, everytime you go there the shake machine is down.

Ordered online for pick up… 2 sandwiches and lg order of jalapeños absolutely no sauce in the bag not even for jalapeños … nothing…I was extremely disappointed by pick up service will not do it again

I've been here for about 30 min, (4:30-5) as the only customer. During this time, the employees were made aware of an empty sauce dispenser, no paper towels in the men's bathroom, as well as many tables needing to be wiped down. None of the employees are doing anything to remedy these things. They're literally standing around. And one last thing, there was a gentleman (assuming it was the partner of one of the employees since she got her purse from him) sleeping/snoring in the first booth, next to the front door. This is the first "less than amazing" experiences I've had here, at Arby's in Wiggins.
