Went on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm. After ordered sat down and saw 5 tables waiting for food. I knew it would be a wait most likely due to short staffed as there was a help wanted sign on door and windows. We waited patiently for 40 minutes for our food as we understood it wasn't their fault being short staffed. No other customers were upset verbally, but you could see on their face it was inconvenient. The thing that has me baffled is when our food did come out it was cold and there was a hard top layer over the cheese for the chips and cheese plate. If you are short staffed how was the food so cold? You could clearly see the food coming to the window and server serving it right away, so was the food just sitting back in the kitchen? I don't know if the manager was there to help. If so good for you, if not shame on you to let your employees work so short staffed and produce food so cold.

Tea is great. Spud Max was good. Do not recommend the ham and cheese sandwich melt. Only had one thin slice of ham on it on a big piece of bread.

I usually never write reviews to places but this was very disappointing. Sandwich came with absolutely no avocado and nobody bothered to tell us until we asked— carrot cake was frozen nearly solid when I got it... :(

Two hairs in our food. Separate plates. One hair on my daughter's plate & one hair on my pickle. Young man standing in kitchen coughing and wiping his nose on his arm while clearly watching us watch him stand there & do it... I am completely grossed out right now!

Ordered online after waiting 25 minutes in line I went inside to find out the car at the window had ordered when they got there and were allowed to sit there while food being prepped. Have been in fast food for a long tim and never heard of not pulling cars up to allow online or calll ins to be picked up and not wait a long time. Apparantly there is an employee training situation going on here so we won't be ordering again you need to work on hiring and training By the way there were 3 cars in front of us and 3 cars behind us This is theMcAllistets in Wiggins MS

Don't order extra toppings when ordering online. You won't get them. Twice now, I've ordered extra topping and not received them or my money back and missing toppings all together on my potatoes. It's very disappointing when you pay for something and don't get it. Food is delicious, though.

Ordered online. 2 spuds my advice don't do it! Ordered x2 chicken and bacon the put normal portions on it. Then they forgot my sweet tea. 56$ 2 potatoes,cos, tea, and a sandwich.

Haven't been to McAlister's Deli in years. Now that I am Vegan / Vegetarian I was worried they wouldn't have thing satisfying to eat. Let's just say I was AMAZED with what I got. The Veggie was delicious (without cheese even). It was soft, flavorful, and satisfying. The avocado and other veggies were fresh. I did the pick two and got Pecanberry Salad .. WOW what a burst of flavor with every bite. The Pecan were crunchy and sweet and berries were on spot. Then berry dressing tops it off! The service at this location was exceptional, very friendly.. they answered all my questions about topping and ingredients. Will be back when I am back in town.

The Branch

I use like this place,atmosphere was great ,I don't even think ,cause it was new,but service seems to me ok,but the store needs a good cleaning for sure,when I get a blast of either ,old cheese or rotten milk when I walk in,if you look in corners of the walls ,there is grime, all kinds of smells that turn me off ,from coming here ,I don't think I'm coming back here until they fix this,I'm almost at point of throwing up from the od smells ,that shouldn't be,and the grime and nasty parts unclean

I placed my order on the app and when I got to the restaurant to pick it up I walked in and a young woman started crewing me out saying that I couldn’t be in there because they didn’t open for another two minutes. I immediately noticed that the dining room reeked of vomit. After the young woman was so rude to me I requested that they just cancel my order to which she proceeded to tell me that she would not. I asked to talk to the manager about it. She rudely exclaimed “whatever” and went and got the manager. The manager came out and without asking what the issue was immediately started telling me that I couldn’t be in there because they weren’t open. I asked her if she would please cancel my order and she stated that she could not do it for a couple of minutes because they weren’t open yet I would have to wait outside. I told her that was fine. I didn’t want to be in there because it smelled like vomit in there anyways, then I went and waited in my truck for a minute while she had an employee stand at the door on guard, as if I was trying to rush the place or something. After the one minute had passed and they opened the doors, I went in to make sure that my order was canceled. While I was waiting, three other customers came in and stated that they could smell the vomit smell as well. I told the manager that I didn’t appreciate the way that her employee had spoke to me originally, and she went on the defense saying that she didn’t say anything rude to me to which I stated that I didn’t feel like she was being rude. I felt like her employee was rude. I’m pretty sure this was the same blind manager that is mentioned in other reviews. This is unfortunate because this used to be really great.
