So thankful for this place in Wiggins. In town for work and this was a great lunch spot. The employees dealt with the lunch rush very well and I really never waited long for food. Glad to have an option other than burgers and fries.

decent sandwich, dining room was not filthy but a little sloppy considering it wasn't very busy and they had staff available. Room for improvement.

After placing an online order, I called to ask them specifically to put the sauerkraut on the side. The girl on the phone asked me THREE times, what I meant. Didn’t get the sauerkraut AT ALL, and For the SECOND time, they forgot the pickles. Will NOT RETURN.

The food is always consistent. The service is the problem. Every single time we used to go in this restaurant the entire staff has changed. This tells me the turn over rate is awful for some reason. We don't eat there hardly anymore.

Food good. However, there was only theee ladies in there working and it was dinner time. They was 4 people deep waiting to order when we went in and it stayed that way the entire time. We waited a long time for our food. Several tables that had not been bused and noone had swept the floor all day, it appeared. Maybe the rest of the staff that should have been scheduled decided to call in....those poor girls needs help! Whoever does the scheduling....DO BETTER!

I've only eaten here a handful of times, but it was good each time. The food was fresh, service was fine, but it does take a minute to get your food. The dining room was ok, but there were quite a few people in the lobby. I'll definitely eat there again.

The service here is generally very good. The food very rarely has flaws. My only complaint in the cleanliness off the table and chairs. Could be a bit cleaner. But all in all I still have good experiences here.

Had only two visits so far, but the food is tasty and the salads were fresh. Their prices are average (inflation has caused eating out to become even more expensive most everywhere), but McAlister's Deli is one of the few places nowadays that does not prompt you for a tip prior to being served (even some self-serve places do this now); in fact, the establishment discourages tipping altogether, which helps take a bite out of the expense.

My wife and I went there recently with our 2 adult grandsons and their girlfriends. One of the grandsons wanted the giant spud and was told the only ones they had were being held for someone who MAY order one online so he couldn't have one. I asked if they were sure that someone was going to order one. No, not sure she said. So, you're refusing to sell one to someone standing in front of you on the maybe that an online order MIGHT come in. "Yessir, that's the policy" We went again this past Labor Day. My daughter and SIL, Our grown grandson, my wife and I. 4 out of 5 of us wanted a baked potato. AGAIN we were told that potatoes were being served for phone in orders. So, 5 grown-ups walk in ready to pay and eat and they won't SELL us what we want. Pretty stupid. And no response from the other post I already made
