Pathetic!!! In line 15 minutes then waited another 20 minutes to get NOT what we ordered!!! No excuses!!! Was told to hold on. 10 minutes later, we have no more biscuits do you want some else instead? On phone with them and was told hold again. 5 minutes later, an entirely different person comes to vehicle and asked what was wrong. Showed her receipt and told her what all was missing (almost everything). Said ok I can refund what you did not get, then said refund order and come another day to get the order done

Usually this location is great, however it's advertised as 24 hrs. The box gave it's greeting, so I figured they were open. Nope. Sat at the box for 15 mins just to pull around to a dark empty building. Still accepting app orders. Had to pull around and tell someone else they were closed too. I don't know if this is a fluke but the sticker in the window advertising 24hrs has also been pulled from the window. It'd have been nice to know yall were closed in any way before I got here.

Hell NO!!! Taco Bell, Arby’s, Subway, Wendy’s, Sonic, Wards or even gas station food! Any place in Wiggins is better than this McDonald’s location. Terrible service terrible atmosphere. They have officially lied about being open 24 hours when they’re not. I just tried ordering food from there at 11pm and the person was very rude and snappy, said they actually closed at 10:30. I don’t know what’s wrong with the people at this location, but I rather deal with Taco Bell aftermath on the toilet, then ever eat at this McDonald’s again! Forget this place it’s the bad punchline of a joke!!

This restaurant always has some kind of problem. I’m surprised they haven’t closed it down. I’ve had multiple orders messed up or items missing. They always pulling people forward even on orders that were ordered, 10 to 15 minutes in advance on the app. I get it’s mostly teenagers working there, but apparently they just want money without actually doing the work. That’s all I can guess at anymore. McDonalds come on figure out a better way. Never in my life have I seen such a poor excuse for a McDonald’s, until I moved to Wiggins, MS. I’ve lived here for 6 to 7 years now and this McDonald’s ( other than in the morning time so far) is just the absolute worst. Do better or at least find better management and implement better policies.

Came at 1030 at night. Usually the service isn't good, and food is old and cold. But tonight. They were on top of their game! Got a hot and spicy and a mcdouble. Add extra sauce and they sauced me up! And food was hot. Chicken nuggets hot!
Worst McDonalds I’ve EVER seen in my 32 years of life. They are slow, incorrect on orders, and hard to deal with. There are a couple good people, but the restaurant is a waste of time and money.

How is it 24hrs and yet we gotta wait 20min to get food simply because you guys are switching to breakfast menu? That means the dinner menu is still active and you shouldn’t refuse to take your customers order and keep in mind this was all at 3:47am

Frappe machine has been down for a month, they pull people up constantly and forget about them the wait is ridiculous they don't even acknowledge curbside orders

Terrible. Employees were standing around not working, talking loudly and cursing out loud which was embarrassing for me and my young children. Employees seemed disinterested and it took a long time to even get acknowledged that I was standing at the front counter. It would only take 4 or 5 people to run that store if you'd fire all ones standing around. Ridiculous, I will not nor anyone in my family be going back.
