I waitedc10 minutes in the Drive-Thru for them to make my Big Mac with no pickles, just to get home and find pickles on my Big Mac. I don't understand why I had to wait 10 minutes when there was no one in line ahead of me and they put pickles on my sandwich anyway

VERY !!!! EXTREMELY SLOW in drive through. 15 MIN for 20-25 order to be taken, another 20 minutes to get. LOTS OF PEOPLE WAITING.

By far one of the worst McDonald's. Service is chaotic and incredibly slow! Corporate please get this location in check! Had to wait 15 mins in a curbside spot for a drive through order, for ONE coffee!

The managers kids were acting a fool in this restaurant with almost zero supervision while the manager was on the clock and supposed to be working. The other workers had to stop what they were doing to stop these kids from busting their heads while jumping all over the furniture and the manager was nowhere to be seen. These people should not have to come to work to watch this woman's kids. You can tell they were frustrated from this plus there were multiple door dash runners standing there waiting on food. So she's getting free daycare from the workers under her and costing doordash runners money by making them wait. These kids couldn't have been any more than 4 years old. They took the seats and made a corner in the store for these kids to stay in, Which they weren't obviously...So if you get a rush of customers where are they going to sit in peace to eat their food? should the customers have to deal with these woman's kids running around the restaurant making a mess and hollering while they're trying to eat their meal? This is very inconsiderate to the people that work there and the customers that eat there.... Is this a restaurant or a daycare? This is going to be reported to corporate.

Got my food asked for ketchup was told it was in the bag and was rushed out of the drive thru just to find no sauces or ketchup in my bag for a 10pc. Pure laziness and pitiful service

Ordered 1 McChicken, some fries, and 3 Buffalo sauces. Waited 15 minutes for my food. There wasn't any Buffalo sauce. Walked inside and waited at the counter for 4 minutes, asked for 3 Buffalo sauces. The lady looked me in the eye and handed me 2. I will never forgive her or this McDonalds. I will not be stopping here again.

I come about once week on the way to Hattiesburg, MS. Everytime I use the kiosk and order a sandwich, hash brown and Coffee the food comes out but I have to say for the coffee after waiting. Then there seems to be no ink in the kiosk to print a receipt.

Is it to much to ask for to get what you ordered and paid for. The receipt even had the order correct and it was special order and you still get it wrong. How do you confuse steak for bacon? If you don't know the difference you shouldn't be making people's food.
If you have any other options for eating somewhere please choose that. This McDonald's is a nightmare and has been for a while. We witnessed so many things at this place that is just so wrong. Occasionally you get a good crew and service but it's few and far between. Fights between staff members, arguments between management and staff....management reprimanding employees in the dining room in front of customers.....LONG wait times for food....poor quality of food, never get and order right....the list goes on. I really hope that corporate can come in and fix this place.

McDonald's need to be shut down! Every time I go there with a code they tell me the code isn't working ? when the app clearly said WE'VE GOT YOUR CODE! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! IF THE CODES NOT WORKING THEN THROW THE WHOLE APP AWAY & THE WHOLE MCDONALD'S TOO! IT'S ALWAYS A PROBLEM! EITHER WITH THE APP OR THE FOOD!

Food was good ..place was slow ..the staff was very excited when told most would be getting off cause of labor hrs..they didn't seem to mind that I drove a hour for a job interview .which the hiring lady was not there for...they just winged it ..which was ok but not up to the standard that it should have been...I expected more.

Slowest and most unreliable staff you could possibly hope to assemble under one roof. Only way you could get worse service is by hiring literal monkeys. Drive thru has 2 lanes but at night, they always close one even though it says "Any lane Any time." Don't expect to wait any less than 10 minutes for your order at any given time or day.
