I don't think I will be coming back again after tonight. My other half and I came in to get a salad for him and I got a sandwich but I'm highly allergic to tomatoes and they cross contaminated my sandwich so now I can't eat it and we had them remake his salad due to cross contamination. The one guy kept trying to put tomatoes on his salad and kept laughing about it thinking it was funny. He clearly doesn't understand what a food allergy means. Definitely didn't understand English at all and the other guy somewhat understood. God forbid I was deathly allergic and didn't realize it got cross contaminated. It could've ended badly and would've had a lawsuit against them.. the complete and utter disrespect is terrible. What would they do then? I mean honestly. I now cannot eat my dinner because of them not understanding or having respect. I'm beyond annoyed and upset. I wish they would be more considerate and understanding as well as have respect for someone with diet accommodations and food allergies.

We were trying to order a wrap, and the guy kept trying to put it on pita bread, then when I said it wasn't right I wanted wraps. He says they are out.. the people in front of us left as well after asking for something specific and they didn't have it either.. the 2 workers dont seem to speak or understand English.. their ac was broken and it was super hot in the store, and it wasn't very clean.

Peter and Tarun have totally changed this spot for me, I couldn't stand this subway before but, my kids begged me for it today so we went & at my surprise it's a BRAND NEW Atmosphere!! they were so kind and happy to help the customers & it's so clean in here! Thank you guys for coming in here and actually making customers feel welcome and happy to come back.

Ever since the new owners took over, it’s been really nice going there. The workers are great and very generous. Peter always greets me when I come. They recognize their regulars and show appreciation well.

I’ve lived in Perk for a long time, and this Subway was always hit or miss, but the new management here has really made it one of the best Subways in south Mississippi! Very kind workers! Definitely give this location a try again if you’ve had bad experiences! It’s changed in a good way!

I placed an order online for a 12" sub and had a promotional offer for a BOGO. My wife went by to pick it up and was refused the BOGO offer. She was told to call the manager the next day. I called the day after and talked to manager Crystal. She was rude, abusive and denied the BOGO olffer, and finally hung up on me. No further discussion. I also pointed out that I had requested minimal jalapenos on my sandwich, but discovered that there was a massive clump on one end only. Crystal would not address that problem. Thanks to your dismissive attitude and your hanging up on me, I do believe that I will look elsewhere, such as Saucier for my Subway food as your previous customer has suggested. Subway Saucier shows courtesy, repect, and professionalism.
