It is unfortunate that this establishment has not seemed to take any positive steps to remedy the causes for the numerous complaints posted. I usually go through the drive thru, and was appalled at the condition of the dining room during my recent visit. I did not see one table that had been wiped from previous customers. One of the employees who sat down to eat at one of them seemed oblivious to the food debris left on it (I have seen it in fairly poor condition before, but not this bad). I haven't personally experienced problems with employee attitudes here, nor anyone getting my order wrong, but the food quality has definitely declined overall. One would think that management would step in and have some pride in what is being serviced to the public.

I ordered a double beef rice and cheese burrito off the $3 menu. When I ate it it was made with all rice at the top and then by the time I got to the middle about 1 inch was beef and the next 1 inch was cheese. The food was not equally separated so I just literally ate three large bites of rice and then one large bite of meat and then one large bite of cheese.

They are usually always out of everything, do not place your mobile order here because you will be stuck going through the refund process almost Everytime. Save your frustration, head to the coast or Harrisburg for a better taco bell.
Got roaches and spiders crawling everywhere. Honestly the most disgusting place I’ve ever been too. OMG wait time was terrible took forever for barely anything!

The potato’s in the cheesy fiesta potato’s were burnt to a crisp. I am sure the people who are preparing this stuff wouldn’t want to eat that why would they send it out to a paying customer. And they also didn’t give us any straws for our drinks or napkins.

just went by to get a 3 cheese chicken taco and I kid you not, they put one tint piece of chicken half the size of my pinky in it. took pictures because I couldn't believe what I was seeing but it won't let me post it.. they were out of the cheese for the cheesy fiesta potatoes I ordered and failed to tell me that till after I paid, so they give me the smallest half full box of nacho fries to replace it... disappointed is an understatement. everything has gone up in price AND quality has went to crap. won't be back.
