Just got 8 hard tacos to go I get home 3min to my house and open up the first taco and it is soggy and stuck to the paper with water dripping out like they steamed it with lettuce in it and crushed every last taco. GROSSS. PLEASE BRING IN A NEW MANAGEMENT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. OH AND WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE

This is literally the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! They are always out of something, have problems, take forever for food, & NEVER get your food right!!!! They are rude & just don’t care about food service & making sure the food is prepared correctly & neat!!

I literally do not know how any body at this taco bell still has a job. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go they find a way to mess up my order. the most simple orders too. this taco bell seriously needs some improvement because it’s not getting any better. literally like playing a game of telephone between the ordering station and then getting the actual food. comes out completely different than how you order it. waste of money.

The worst taco bell in existence. Assuming you can get someone to answer the drive thru, or get someone to come to the counter, they dont even know how to make soft tacos. And they made them all wrong differently. Couldn't even be consistent. And a frozen chalupa. And thats just my most recent experience. I would be amazed to ever be satisfied with my order at this location.

Absolutely ridiculous. Yall need to shut this place down until u can hire some people with some common sense. “30 min wait on all meat” it doesn’t take that long to cook meat if u actually had people working instead of standing there playing around and hollering out the front door. Do better!

They are usually opening up late, like 20min late! I went through the drive thru one day, and they rudely told me that they weren't taking orders for 40min?! With no explanation...? Then she got rude with me when I inquired why. I told her that I would just wait the 40min, and then 2 female employees both got very rude with me.

The service at this particular location was horrible. I placed my order on the kiosk and selected to pay cash for my order at the register. Several people got their orders before me although they placed them after me. I was told be I hadn’t paid for mine. After we paid they still continued to fill everyone else’s order before ours. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else when selecting to pay at the register!!
