The service at this particular location was horrible. I placed my order on the kiosk and selected to pay cash for my order at the register. Several people got their orders before me although they placed them after me. I was told be I hadn’t paid for mine. After we paid they still continued to fill everyone else’s order before ours. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else when selecting to pay at the register!!

Employee’s never acknowledged we was in the lobby had to order off kiosk. ( employee was on her phone texting the whole time ) Gave out our order to another family out the window!!! ( we are in lobby with a name on order ) didn’t give us our drinks or remake our food after giving it to someone who had to bring it back and come inside to return it not to mention our order was messed up I honestly don’t know if it could have been worse!!! Please please please do something about this!!!!!!
So as far as customer service it was great. Restaurant is dirty. Dead flies in the window sills. The food preparation was horrible. They need a class on how to stack the food in the cartons. Nachos and Mexican pizza all over and running out of the boxes.
