Ordered a brisket sandwich meal. Got a cheeseburger. I showed the clerk the sandwich that showed no brisket. He said it's in the cheese... no brisket was in that burger at all. Spent 13.75 on a brisket burger with no brisket existing inside it. I was hungry so I ate my cheeseburger anyways.

This was my worst decision. It will be a long time before I visit again. We were traveling and stop for a quick bit.Both sandwiches were not hot,fries oversalted an the onion rings were hot but gummy.

Keep going! Find somewhere else to eat. Besides the great customer service from the person that took our order, that was the only thing good about this visit. Not only did they pull us up and got our order wrong, the food was stale and cold. Our order was right on paper but wrong on the bun. Unfortunately, I was already on the Interstate before I realized my order was wrong.

The wait in line felt a bit long considering only one person was ahead of us (might have been from short staffed?) but overall the food was served quick and we were able to be on our way!

We waited on our food for 30 minutes while employees argued between themselves. Food was not good will definitely not be stopping here again
Just pass on this place you better off getting food from the gas station next to it horrible atmosphere you can tell the workers hate it.i ordered a breakfast sandwich somehow the bread was stale and hard as a rock on the bottom and the top was like water logged mush and I know they had to feel that because I did as soon as I picked it up 😭🤣
Customer service was extremely unprofessional, we were told to stop at 2nd window, we did and no one came so we drove up and they made us back up! Strike one. Lady taking order did not even pay attention to what we ordered because order was wrong!! Strike two! We did not realize because in a hurry to get to out of town dr. Appointment. Not only was order wrong, it was hard, dried out and the tots that I should not have gotten were burnt. Strike three!!🥵🤬🤬😡
Waited 39 minutes for an order. When asked for an estimated time to be ready; I was told only one person is preparing food and hadn’t started my order yet. I requested a refund. Manager took my receipt to go process refund and my order showed up ready. The fries were room temperature.
There was no one at the first window so we pulled to the second. The cashier told us to pull back to the first window. When we pulled back, there was still no one there so once again we pulled back up to the second window thinking there was some sort of miscommunication. We told the cashier there was no one there and she exclaimed “I know I’m going back there!”; rolled her eyes; and slammed the window. Safe to say we went to Sonic instead, and we won’t be going back.
