Customer service was extremely unprofessional, we were told to stop at 2nd window, we did and no one came so we drove up and they made us back up! Strike one. Lady taking order did not even pay attention to what we ordered because order was wrong!! Strike two! We did not realize because in a hurry to get to out of town dr. Appointment. Not only was order wrong, it was hard, dried out and the tots that I should not have gotten were burnt. Strike three!!🥵🤬🤬😡

Waited 39 minutes for an order. When asked for an estimated time to be ready; I was told only one person is preparing food and hadn’t started my order yet. I requested a refund. Manager took my receipt to go process refund and my order showed up ready. The fries were room temperature.

There was no one at the first window so we pulled to the second. The cashier told us to pull back to the first window. When we pulled back, there was still no one there so once again we pulled back up to the second window thinking there was some sort of miscommunication. We told the cashier there was no one there and she exclaimed “I know I’m going back there!”; rolled her eyes; and slammed the window. Safe to say we went to Sonic instead, and we won’t be going back.

I placed a mobile order and stood at the counter waiting for it for nearly 20 minutes. Then when I finally was able to get someone to talk to me they had the nerve to say "oh, I done called that one. You should have said something." This was after five people ignored me for twenty minutes. It was absolutely ridiculous.

I bought a whopper Jr combo the sandwich was scalding hot I burnt my lips.it ruin all the trimming I couldn't not.would not take another bite.my lips still burning and I'm now in Batesville MS.no laughing situation

The place had 6 employees we could see, no greetings when we walked in. Tables still had food left from previous guests and the bathroom was dirty. We waited in line to order and the girl at the register said just a minute and walked away.after standing for more than 5 minutes. It became clear we weren't going to get waited on anytime soon we walked out. The management needs to rethink their workers strengths and work together to provide service to customers.

Came here for a quick bite to eat as I was on the road, and was very disappointed. The service is pitiful because priority goes to the drive-thru and not the customers at the counter. Not enough staff? In fact, a customer after me left without ordering because it took so long. The place is very dirty and very poorly maintained. Very disappointed with this experience, I do not recommend this place!
