Service is terrible here! When your trying to place an order, employees are always standing around talking to each other. They take Forever to bag the orders to go ! Management need to train employees in Customer Service and do better .

Ordered a mocha frappe and a sausage biscuit. Asked for lite whip cream and extra chocolate drizzle :/ putting it on top and giving regular whipping cream is not the same thing. It also, tasted like coffee likely cause, the Bib needed changed out

This McDonald’s is one of the better ones I’ve been to. It was clean, but they were out of straws. The counters were a bit dirty. The service was pretty fast, and the employees seemed more engaged in their work than most other McDonald’s employees I’ve seen.

So many flies inside. Taps in the bathrooms are so hot they are steaming, no way to adjust too hot for me let alone a kid.

Ok why would a mcdonalds employee at winona ms see me pull in and then let someone out the door then shut it at 10:15 pm then laugh about it with another employee, they lobby doesnt close until 11 pm on the door, website for winona ms mcdonalds says 12 am for lobby
