I used to love the steak sandwich but not after tonight. It was dry and they failed to put any mayo on it. The fries were hot on top and cold as heck on the bottom. People just serve anything nowadays thats not even worth it. 1/10 and thats because the drink was good.

I went to this Sonic knowing mistakes happen we’re all human. They got my order wrong, no big deal. I politely asked for it to be remade. Instead of doing that, the employees decided to scrape off the unwanted ingredients and hand me the same sandwich like I wouldn’t notice. They did a poor jod at trying to take a short cut. Lazy doesn’t even begin to describe it.
To make it worse, the so called “supervisor” claimed she couldn’t give me a refund and said only the owner can do that. That’s just false, but I wasn’t about to waste more energy arguing. I left the food, refused the order, and I’ll be having my bank handle the charge.
An absolute joke of a location. Do yourself a favor pick literally any other restaurant nearby and skip this place.

Pulled up to drive thru! No one answered! Pulled to stall ordered a super sonic bacon cheeseburger no tomato and chili cheese tots! Received chili cheese tots that had 4-5 tots max drenched in chili like the container was filled to the top with chili! Open my burger and it has no bacon and only mayo and lettuce! This is the 4th time in a row I have ordered a bacon cheeseburger and not received bacon! Multiple times Iv received it with stuff that doesn’t even come on the burger!and have received it with only 1 patty when it’s supposed to have 2! But this will be the last time! It’s ridiculous you can’t order food from a place and get what you order! Until you can guarantee me I get what I order I won’t be back!

I ordered a cheese burger & onions ring they brought out mozzarella sticks. I called to let them know still waiting on the onions rings
At first they brought the wrong order they put on the wrong tray.
Had to call for the manager to come waiting to see what’s she’s going to do.
Sad she will bring out a small order of onion rings still waiting

I stopped here for the first time for a couple of drinks. It took quite a while to receive a slush and a cream slush. No problems though.
My chicken sandwich was so hard and thin I couldn't bite it. Not trying to be a complainer but the food is not that good. Only thing that's good is the onion rings.

I have been waiting over 15 minutes for order. There are workers here that are taking out an order and then getting on their phone and texting or whatever they’re doing instead of going back in the store and getting orders out

We spent $32 here at around 8pm. We ordered our food and waiting more than 20 minutes to get our food. When it finally came out it was cold to say the least. We asked if we could get some fresh fries the carhop seemed thrilled to do so only to bring back crunchy redropped fries. The patties on the cheeseburgers we ordered seemed to be old as well. This was a really bad experience

If I could give zero stars, I would. Order was wrong on the the screen multiple times. Took over 30 minutes to receive our food. Had missing items and wrong items in our order. Horrible experience overall!
