Pulled up to drive thru! No one answered! Pulled to stall ordered a super sonic bacon cheeseburger no tomato and chili cheese tots! Received chili cheese tots that had 4-5 tots max drenched in chili like the container was filled to the top with chili! Open my burger and it has no bacon and only mayo and lettuce! This is the 4th time in a row I have ordered a bacon cheeseburger and not received bacon! Multiple times Iv received it with stuff that doesn’t even come on the burger!and have received it with only 1 patty when it’s supposed to have 2! But this will be the last time! It’s ridiculous you can’t order food from a place and get what you order! Until you can guarantee me I get what I order I won’t be back!

I ordered a cheese burger & onions ring they brought out mozzarella sticks. I called to let them know still waiting on the onions rings
At first they brought the wrong order they put on the wrong tray.
Had to call for the manager to come waiting to see what’s she’s going to do.
Sad she will bring out a small order of onion rings still waiting

My chicken sandwich was so hard and thin I couldn't bite it. Not trying to be a complainer but the food is not that good. Only thing that's good is the onion rings.

I have been waiting over 15 minutes for order. There are workers here that are taking out an order and then getting on their phone and texting or whatever they’re doing instead of going back in the store and getting orders out

We spent $32 here at around 8pm. We ordered our food and waiting more than 20 minutes to get our food. When it finally came out it was cold to say the least. We asked if we could get some fresh fries the carhop seemed thrilled to do so only to bring back crunchy redropped fries. The patties on the cheeseburgers we ordered seemed to be old as well. This was a really bad experience

If I could give zero stars, I would. Order was wrong on the the screen multiple times. Took over 30 minutes to receive our food. Had missing items and wrong items in our order. Horrible experience overall!

Greasy burger and slow service. Car hop was sweet but I could live without ever going back.
Online says 10 pm is closing and was told they was closing at 9:16pm we rarely go here anymore as it is due to quality plummeting when I believe management changed. This location was awesome till about 6 months ago then straight back to garbage service and even food quality going way downhill.

Ordered ahead with the app, still a very slow Sonic getting the food out. Car hop didn't bring my drink and wasn't interactive (seemed exhausted) and when did bring the route 44 had a kids straw that didn't reach the bottom of the cup. The digital screens are not working in multiple stalls. Maybe they are under staffed, but not a great experience (food was hot and delicious)

Worst sonic I have ever been to. Took an hour and a half to get two meals, brought back twice for being the wrong thing. NEVER stop at this Sonic. The workers, food, atmosphere, everything was ABYSMAL.

The Service Were Awesome and The Food Were definitely delicious ?! The waiter realized that I didn't receive a straws for my soda and milkshakes and came back To ask if she brought any Straws and then went back to get them ? very/ very Good indeed!!!!
