Fast service, fresh and delicious donuts 10/10 for me.
I have yet to have a positive customer service experience here. Today was by far the worst experience though. When I walked in the young lady was serving a man. There was a family of 3 waiting to be served, then my daughter and I were behind them. After the young lady served the man she went and laid down. The gentleman that was working there saw us (the customers) waiting to be served and told her to come back to the front. She came back and served the family in front of us then went and laid down again. After some fussing between the two workers, the gentleman working walked up to help my daughter and myself. If I had not promised my daughter doughnuts, we would have left. Every time I go in there this young lady is incredibly rude, short, and impatient. But today she didn’t even acknowledge she had more customers to serve and went and LAID DOWN! It is disappointing because as a mother of younger children, I want to take them for treats every so often; however, we will no longer give our money to a business that treats their customers as an inconvenience or ignores them all together.

I just stopped here at 10am 7/3/2023. And I would stop again when traveling thruor visiting family nearby, the Kalachi was delicious so it was the danish.
