Coming from Chicago we know RUDE. (Sorry not sorry. ) The people working in here were BEYOND rude! No one was around at all in the drive though yet when we asked for a side of sauce they said go back around, while laughing with the other workers. I got out of the car and walked in. As I was walking in I saw two of the "ladies" laughing and they stopped as soon as I walked up with straight faces. It was the same one that was at the window. I ordered the sauce and paid. When she turned around after taking my money she laughed again. A customer next to me was waiting and asked for sauce she pointed behind the lady and said "it's RIGHT there" . Then with my family at the drive window, they said "what you can't take it?" I was like "huh?" ,"THE FOOD, cant YOU take it?!" I said yeah sure I can and they told them clear my drive (NO ONE WAS AROUND AT ALL) She brought the bag over to me and I reached for it. She sat it down without saying a word and walked away without even looking at me. Mind you they're are about 4 other people standing inside.. I had to ask if it was mine..Already jumped back on the highway to find out of course our food was wrong. This was the only hot food stop for the last couple hours, we didn't have many options. If you're reading this, take my word for it, wait another 15/18 minutes for the next set of restaurants they're are a few, including, im sure, a better taco bell.

This Taco Bell does not take online orders. The employees behind the line were arguing. I don't know what they are arguing about but it was very distasteful. The cashier could care less whether I ordered there or not. We decided we would eat somewhere else than to endure that experience.
Beef burrito not worth it, bc they put 2 teaspoon of meat rapped in all that bread! Don't waste the money, better off getting the tacos

Ordered Food and waited while all other people got their food. I waited a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes. I had went up to the counter after waiting 35 minutes and asked about my order to only be told “we have orders ahead of yours” rather rudely. While all the people who were in line ahead of me had already left. I then waited some more and finally it was enough so I proceeded to ask for a refund. They were very rude when issuing the refund saying I had gotten the order yet I had not left the lobby. I would not suggest stopping here the staff is very unprofessional. If they don’t take pride in there customers it makes me question if they take pride in preparing our food. Very Disappointed
