The food was great but our waitress, Cynthia, was kinda rude to us and the other workers. She seemed super annoyed we were there, and straight up ignored us after giving us our food. Another worker, ladybug, was incredibly kind to us and the other people working.

We walked in and the table was still wet and we asked for napkins to dry it and the waiter said he’s gonna bring us some (took him 10 minutes) and by that time we had already gotten napkins ourselves. Then i ordered Dr Pepper and he forgot to give it to me so i reminded him and that Dr Pepper was so nasty so i asked for hot chocolate and he said they don’t have hot chocolate (what waffle house doesn’t have hot chocolate) so i was chilling until i got my food and the first bite had a piece of hair in it and i quickly spit it out (picture proof). The man that i assumed was training was not a good server at all!! That was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Waffle House in my life and i go to Waffle House all the time. I also forgot to mention we had to ask another woman for something because our waiter was not around and she had an attitude. It was like everyone had an attitude.

I have one star but they shouldn’t even get that because when we walked in I immediately saw something wet on the floor that no worker had paid attention too. The young lady acted like she did not want to wipe the table off, she half wiped the table and didn’t touch the seat because I had to grab a napkin and wipe eggs off the seat, spoon on the floor under the booth were we sat that my boyfriend picked up and dirty menus. Ashley took our order, messed my cheesesteak melt order up. She took both mines and my boyfriend order at the same time but mines came out first and my boyfriend order came out 15 minutes later but she gave the white couple behind us there food before my boyfriend and they came 20 minutes after we did. She did not give us any silverware to eat so I guess we were suppose to eat with our hands. My boyfriend was so frustrated that he got his food 15 minutes after me that he asked for it to-go. After Ashley put my plate on the table she didn’t see that we did not have any silverware. There waffle machines is disgusting, needs cleaning. Ms. Cynthia the only one that asked us do we need silverware, how was everything and seem to be the only one with decent customer service. The service was terrible, the workers acted like they did not want to be there, the restaurant is not clean and I can only imagine what the bathroom looks like. We paid $28 for poor service and not so good food. That Waffle House needs some training and a while new crew because that crew that works in there now is not it. We also like to top good when we go out to eat but not today. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

The place was nasty water dripping from the ceiling. The service and food was not only slow but wrong and there was a teen and older gentleman behind us coughing and not covering their mouth and passing loud gas was just the worst experience I have ever had at a waffle house.

Jamal and Ms Cynthia are GREAT!!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Great food with price the same or lower than fast food places and taste waaaayyyyy better. They need a raise. Bathrooms were clean. They are in need of a makeover but they are clean.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. It looks like they haven’t cleaned them in years. I almost didn’t eat there because of that alone, but I was desperate to get a bite to eat for my kids. The toilet bowl is pure yellow and the sink was also stained yellow. Hand dryer did not work in the women’s restroom. My husband attested that the men’s restroom was also nasty. Food was decent, but the kitchen could use some cleaning as well. Service was lackluster. A male who appeared to be a manager came to the register..did not make eye contact with any of the customers or check in on how the service was. The menu was sticky from prior customers and we had to wash our hands (in the nasty bathroom again) after ordering. If cleanliness and good customer service were prioritized this place would have better reviews because honestly, the food was decent.
