fun atmosphere, great friends 😀
*PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ*before tonight's experience, yes, I would have recommended this bar. but now, they will never see me or my friends and family's service again. here's why. - me and my friends walked in went straight to the bar, bought our drinks. walked to the back porch, paid $10 a person to see this band that was playing, no problem, all well and fine love supporting local music. we all played a long game if corn hole, bought a second round of drinks. game ended....read full review

Backwoods Bar offers a great vibe and a beautiful setting, with outdoor space and pool tables that make it a welcoming place for all. The staff are super nice and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere. The bar is nice, and the place is super clean, making it a good spot to grab a beer, whether riding on the bike or just looking for a destination. It’s only 2 miles off Trace and worth the stop. The live music adds to the lively environment, especially during special events like New Year's Eve, which can offer delicious offerings and top-notch service.
The menu includes items like shrimp skewers, clams, fried pickles, salmon, and the pork chop, all flavored and cooked perfectly. However, service can sometimes be slow, partly because they often have only one bartender. Sometimes, the servers seem overwhelmed and rushed, and there are occasional shortages of silverware and glassware, which can be disappointing. Parking can be challenging due to golf carts, and there may be discrepancies in menu availability. Despite these issues, the overall experience can be very enjoyable, especially on special occasions.
