Ate there today - for $15 you the got all you could eat salad and hamburger bar. The hamburger was huge, thick and juicy! Couldn’t eat the whole thing even without the bun! So good! ❤️. Talked to a guy who was on his 3rd burger who pointed out that it was the best bargain in Montana!

I thought I was safe ordering a BLT, but instead a got a tomaternater. Half inch thick tomato with 2 dingy little strips of bacon. Thought I would treat myself with some cheese curds too, and the things arrived over done. Cannot recommend this place at all. If you want to wait a stupid amount of time for lukewarm mediocrity, this is the place for you. You’re better off staying home and making a sandwich.

Stillwater Bar and Grill was delicious and clutch!! Loved the fish and chips, in particular. But the showstopper was the Huckleberry BBQ sauce...WOW!!! Huckleberry BBQ wings should be required upon entry. We had a blast chatting with Jackee! She was very hospitable, generous, and hilarious! Central Montana is amazing because of awesome people like Jackee.
This is an absolute must visit if you find yourself nearby!

Dirty dusty tabes, sticky greasy salt and pepper shakers and cloth napkins that smell like mildew turned my stomach. Dill sauce is a poor substitute for tartar sauce. My husband’s burger was raw and cold in the center when he had ordered it well done, it took 35 minutes to get our food, the employees spent more attention on the bar patrons, one stood there socializing with a couple at the bar instead of cleaning those dusty tables. I don’t recommend this place to eat.

Very unexpected and awesome place to stumble across. We were on our way home from west Rosebud lake and a fun day of fishing and picnicking and our family was soooo hungry. This place had their open sign on and we went in to find a clean, well run interior. Our waitress was so sweet and helpful the whole time. The food was delicious. Great atmosphere!

This place seems to be pretty hit and miss. If you catch them just after truck and early enough in the shift you will probably have a great time. If you happen to come in at a different time you might get an experience that's a little rough around the edges for those used to a corporate experience. Do yourself a favor and probably consider something else if there's more than 2-3 tables and definitely have a drink and relax first thing. The fish and chips is pretty good and portioned well for the price.

While driving cross country, trying to find decent food when there's only 1 place open in any given town and lots of distance between towns, you just don't have high expectations.... But this place is a serious gem! Amazing staff, the food was so good we were asking them to share recipes. We were all so happy with the food we all ended up eating off each other's plates because it was all so good. We went on prime rib night, apparently it's a rotating schedule of theme nights. Makes me wish I lived nearby, I'd definitely be a regular.
